    Top notch business and expertise! On the coldest days in GA history and Christmas Day my furnace decided it was done for the year. One can imagine the panic and freezing temps inside our home. It was not a pleasant 2-days as I decided to try and tackle the repair in my own. In the end, I called Clark’s on Christmas Day and they had someone to my home the morning after. Within 30mins the heat is back up and running. Truly a blessing and amazing business to work with. Highly recommend to anyone in need.

    Clarks Heating and Air also does our annual maintenance. They are very professional, knowledgeable and fair in their pricing. They came out the day after I called them to check on one of our heating units. The service tech knew immediately what was wrong. We were back up and running within thirty minutes.     The tech was here when he said he would be. He was friendly and pleasant, and explained what he was going to do. When it came time for him to give me my receipt, and for me to sign for my credit card charge, there was a place for a tip. I resent a tip even being mentioned. I know I don’t HAVE to tip, but once it’s there on the paper, you are afraid not to. I feel that the tech coming to my house, going into my attic, inserting a filter, and cleaning the inside of my unit is just the basics of the job I hired your company to do. If your tech keeps your clients happy, doesn’t get any complaints from the houses he’s been to, and those customers have recommended your company to someone new (which I have), and that person took out a yearly contract, you need to give your employee a bonus at the end of the year. That’s just an expense of doing business, an expense for you, not your customers.

    I highly recommend Clark’s Heating and Air!!! Our previous heat and air company was going to take DAYS to get out to us and then even longer to get us a quote for a new system. I called Clark’s and they were at our office within a couple of hours. They did determine that a new unit was in order. I had quote within minutes!
