Scot came out to give us our quote for a new unit. He was very genuine and honest when he went through our options and the process was quick and easy.

Ronald and Cameron installed our new unit, both gentleman were very friendly and did a terrific job installing the new unit, working around my work schedule, and completing the job quickly and efficiently.

Quote a quote Monday evening and the new unit was installed by Tuesday afternoon.

The technician took the time to examine and clean the inside and outside units. He was professional, thorough and on time. I will definitely use their service again.

My A/C broke down with freezing on the outside. i believe it was overworked due to the fact on mothers day my washing machine broke and flooded the upstairs into the ceiling. The fans were put in to dry everything up for 4 days and the a/c kept running. after Friday and into Saturday morning the a/c kept running but cooled down a bit but not enough. I went outside on Saturday morning and found frost outside and inside the compressor. I turned it off put blower on and defrost it . I waited 9 hours and turned it back on but cooled down only 2 degrees within 5 hours. I checked again before going to bed and found frost again. Turned it off. I put in a service call to Clarks on Sunday night received a response by text from Leianne of the scheduled time and who does this on a Sunday night. David was on time on Monday and even called me stating he was about 15 minutes away David was very .informative on what can be done but recommended lets see if this works instead of doing a leak test otherwise will be in the thousands. He saw no oil inside the unit . I was 2lbs low on the freon. I was shocked at the price of R22 due to being phased out which was the expensive repair but had to be done. David even noticed there was no caps where the freon on the outside and he stating possible leaking slowly with no caps. David put the 2 caps on When the freon was added it cooled down quickly. However I am grateful it was only 70 degrees like fall out . The test will be when it gets warmer outside. David took the time out and listen to what I have to say and recommended what was needed or not needed and noticed what was missing with the caps.
I will use Clarks in the future with quick response and will look into the maintenance plan. I called Clarks again after David left and spoke to TJ who listen and told him David was excellent and he stated will pass it on and TJ explained the maintenance plan. and I will have to baby the 14 year old system. Clarks will be upfront and transparent what is recommended or not recommended. Excellent job.

Chad did a great job and after several other people who serviced my unit he told me we had dampers! The one for our room has been closed for 7 years! Ten stars for him!

Had a HVAC unit stop cooling. Called and within 2 days had their professional technician Brahim, diagnosing the problem. After taking the extra time to show me photos he had taken, it was clear that we needed a new unit. An estimate was provided. Can’t thank Brahim enough for his professional and on time attitude.

Absolutely First Class from start to finish. My old AC unit finally finished out its service, so I was in need of a complete new unit. The team was out to assess what was need and applied for financing in the driveway. 2 days later, Just a quick 48 hours. I wasn’t no longer living in a 90 degree home. The installers showed me everything and was very nice and polite. Answered any and all questions with respect. Just a Five-Star experience from beginning to end! Highly Recommend.

Eric and Hender replaced my air handler unit. They were on time, took great care to use drop cloths and booties, kept me informed of their progress during the instillation, and cleaned the work area at completion. They thoroughly tested all phases of the system upon completion. They answered all my questions during the process to my satisfaction. I would use this team and company again.

We have called upon Clark's many times and have never been disappointed. They are honest and thorough in what they do. Highly recommend them!
