    Reached out to Clark due to my power bill doubling and had them come check it out to see if they could find anything. They got someone out here in less than 24 hours. Dwight did a thorough job and remained in communication with me during the whole process. After he left, I called the main office, because Dwight said he did not find anything wrong, so I called the main office to ask for any other suggestions to help with my problem and the owner Robert got on the phone with me and walked me through multiple different scenarios and options to help me do a trial and error to help bring my bill down. I will definitely be using this company again for my AC needs as they were very helpful and punctual.

    Previously had two other service providers out to fix my control board, broken damper, and clogged pipe... they couldn't get it right. Called Clarks and they nailed it professionally, properly, and timely the first time! Very happy and will use them again!

    spent 250$ for them to come out on a Sunday, tech didn't open the outside panel or check inside the the attic unit. Had another company come out and opened up both and found the contacts on the outside unit were stuck causing it to freeze. Glad I went with my gut and called another company . The unit had the breaker turned off for a day before the tech came out is why it wasn't frozen when he was on site which he was aware of. photo attached when power was applied and both thermostats turned in the off position.

    Seth, the very professional representative, arrived at my home to make an assessment of my system and provide an estimate. It is most unfortunate I could not use their service because of the pricing. I know that the installation of systems of central air/heating conditioning systems could typically range in price from nearly $3,800 to nearly $10,000. So I had hoped with my modest size home it would fall in somewhere between. Otherwise, I would have loved Clark's Heating and Air to provide this service for me.
