Scheduled maintenance on our system. As always, Johnny showed up when expected and did an excellent job taking care of our system. On time, very thorough, and efficient. Like having a good family member taking care of our stuff! Always a pleasure working with Johnny and the Clark family!

My winter tuneup revealed a defective gas valve in my main unit. Johnny explained the issue. Was able to get it working that day and cautioned that it could possibly fail again. He provided a quote in the event I decided to replace the valve at a later date. Later during the night the valve failed again. I contacted Melissa to calendar a date for the repair in anticipation of our colder weather. She called me back and advised that they had an opening become available later that day if I would be available. Got the repair done as promised. Johnny was on time, very professional, very knowledgeable and respectful of property. Thank you for your service!! Keep up the great work.

Very pleased with Clark’s Heating and Air. We had our annual system check & maintenance performed. Tom was our tech. He was a good communicator, knowledgeable and on time. He even tweaked a couple minor issues at no additional charge. The process was very smooth and I would definitely recommend this company for heating and air services.

I called Clark's because one I want to support local business with good ratting ns . And they responded when they said they were to assess the issue and order the parts. They also took the time to determine that the part was under warranty. This professional integrity save me Close to $1,000 dollars. by taking that time and effort. They also made extra efforts to speed up the process of the repair whenever possible. As soon as the part came in they immediately came out and replace the part. It was getting uncomfortably cold in my house and when I called '"Clarks" they sent Braham, who was very courteous, friendly, and took time to explain after he had fixed the problem. Thank you, Braham and Clarks!

I have used the service for the last two years for well checks of my systems. I am very pleased and impressed every time I interact with someone from the company. The technician calls before coming and is always on time. I feel confident in the work he is doing. I’ve also called the office when I had a concern about my heating system. They could’ve come out and charged me a fee to tell me everything was all right. But instead, talk to me over the phone and determined that it was most likely a normal sound I was hearing. I really appreciated that . I have no idea if this is a large or small company, but they really do take the time to provide a
good service. I would absolutely recommend
