Mike and his team are incredible responsive and effective. We maintain our units on yearly contract which is worth every penny. They are proactive with service calls and repairs have always been completed either same day or next. Highly recommend this company!

We have been a Kovack customer for over five years and have a service contract for maintenance on the system we purchased from them. They are always easy to deal with and do a great job for us. I highly recommend them to anyone need HVAC installation or service!

I had a great experience with Kovack. They really seem to care about their customers. I have and will continue to recommend them. They listened to my concerns and addressed each one, and gave me a variety of options that would best fit my situation. Scott was who assisted me. He was really personable and not at all pushy. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me at any point. I had several estimates from different companies, they were the best choice. If you need service or a system replacement like me, I would highly recommend giving them a chance to get your business.

Bill came out promptly and had our AC running again in no time. We called Kovac at 4 one day and they were here by 9 the next morning. We had another company come out first and they told us our system had to be completely replaced so we called requesting a second opinion. He saw we had a leak that could be welded to fix and there were no other leaks that the other company found. Very honest man, could have easily quoted us another system and we wouldn't have known better. Would happily use them again.

Mr. Scott is awesome. He provided us with a very professional and efficient service. He quickly replied to our quote and came to repair our steam generator the next day. The price is very reasonable. If we need HVAC service next time, we will definitely contact their company.

Mike and his technician Kevin are a true blessing. They are both incredibly professional and punctual. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable when he came out to look at the current RUDD system we had in our home. Explained everything to us in a way that we understood. When Kevin came out to install our system on 6/19 he was very professional, answering all of our questions and letting us know where he was on the install and about how long it would take. He was here for longer than expected,b stayed until the job was done and done correctly. I have nothing but praise to say about this company and its staff for the amazing job that they did during the entire process and getting us a new system before the heat of summer strikes!

Mike came out the same day we called when we had a problem with our Trane to give us a quote on repairs. I felt confident choosing them. Bill and Nate came out on the weekend since I couldn't get off work to fix our unit. On time, friendly, very knowledgeable and was comfortable to be around. He answered all my questions with professionalism. They got our unit back and running and I love the thoroughness from them. We will be going with them from now on. I recommend them hands down!! 👍

I'm not sure the thoroughness of the maintenance inspection. I have two units (heat pumps) and the tech was here for a total of 30 minutes. This was my first experience with Kovack. I previously used another heating company and the tech would take close to two (2) hours to do a complete checkup. I was told the cost of the checkup included filters. What I didn't realize that it would be the filters that I provided and not that they provided. All I can add is that I have the invoice showing the maintenance has been performed and that is what I need to keep the warranty intact. I'm giving them 2 stars as the tech was nice and so are the people in the office.

I really appreciate Kovack’s quick response and accommodating my schedule. The serviceman arrived ahead of schedule and was able to perform the annual maintenance with excellence. He described his process, provided the correct assessment of my units and fixed the low level of Freon. He even recommended some ways to monitor the system and tell when it’s time for a fix or a new unit. I enjoyed the experience.

My husband and I made several calls to get price quotes on an heat/a/c unit, since ours went out after 23 years(yes it was time for an upgrade)! We chose Kovack because their price couldn't be beat and I'm glad we made that choice. They came in at their scheduled appointment time and worked fast and efficiently. The crew was able to answer all of my questions that I had about the new unit. We are very pleased with the upgrade!
