Scott was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding smart thermostat installation. He was courteous and prompt with following up with me. I called him for my last minute need to have two smart thermostats installed and he was able came out the very next day to put them in. Installation was quick, and he once again answered all of my questions. The price for his services were very reasonable as well. I will certainly use him again for any further HVAC needs. Very down to earth professional guy!

First and foremost, Scott is so personable and real! We just bought our home in February and unfortunately the ac went out within the first two months. We originally called a big name company and got the price quotes and information on what needed to be done; the service tech that came out actually laughed at my questions regarding the price, he told me that any price within the range I said was “chuck in a truck tossing an ac unit in”. A friend of ours recommended Scott and within 24 hours we had a reasonable quote and date set to fix the ac.The actual install took about an hour which was a lot less time than I thought. We were given a great service warranty as well as warranty on the parts! Just an awesome experience and can definitely recommend his business to family and friends in need of ac repair in the future!

Scott Morris came out as soon as we called him. He is very professional and so knowledgeable and treated us very fair. Our air conditioner went out on a Friday evening and he did everything he could to keep our family comfortable and cool for the weekend until the part arrived on Monday morning. We will not use any other company now after meeting Scott and him taking such good care of his.

Scott is my go-to for HVAC. Not only is he such a nice guy, willing to explain when I have questions, he is very thorough and always makes sure the job is done right. He is very affordable and I know I’m only getting services that are necessary, not things just to upcharge like some companies do. I recommend him to all friends and family whenever they need anything done!

We have a split foyer home that can be very hot in Georgia without A/C problems so when the air stopped working you can imagine how hot it was in the house in July. Our first thought was the thermostat, it was old and had not been replaced. We installed a new one & thought it was working until we came home & it was 90 degrees in the house. I called DSC Heating & Air on a Monday morning a little before 9 am. Scott was at our home within the hour. He looked at everything to determine what the problem was. The first problem was the thermostat was installed right, but we failed to program it & the unit wasn't getting electricity. The second problem was the fan motor on the outside unit wasn't working. He made a couple of calls found the part at the best possible price. He was able to pick it up and have it installed by the following morning before 9 am. We greatly appreciated his quick service not to mention he was very friendly & answered all of my questions. We feel very fortunate that his rates were fair & within the amount we could afford to pay. The company also offers a regular service plan that checks the system & changes the filter at a reasonable price too. I highly recommend this company to anyone in a situation like this. We now have a company we can call that is reliable & trustworthy. Thank You so Much!!

Recommended by a friend and DSC did not disappoint! We noticed our AC wasn't working on Sunday evening and called Scott. He called back in less than 30 minutes and said he'd be here between 9-11am on Monday. By 9:15am he called and by 9:30am our AC was cooling again! Super nice, efficient and explained what the problem was. I'll call him again if we ever have problems.

Glad I called Scott. We spoke a couple of times about my home needs before he came by to take a look. I recently purchased a home with a Goodman 4 Ton system in it. The coils had not been cleaned or cared for and both ends of the 'A-Frame' coils were completely corroded and had about 1/8" to 3/16" rust on both sides. Needless to say, there was at least one leak and the system had frozen up due to a lack of Freon (R-22) the weekend after I first called him and the Monday before he arrived. Long story short, he was professional, spent a significant amount of time with me looking at various options, and gave me what I believe to be a fair price for a complete system replacement (I chose to go that way) based upon the other price quotes (3 ea) I solicited. Plus - he had the new system installed on a Thursday after he was here on a Monday afternoon. We're resting comfortably and are very cool now. Thank you Scott.
