Great company, great and efficient work. I Would like to highlight a technician that I’ve recently dealt with, Mr. Stevie McCain. He was professional, punctual, and thorough throughout the entire Service. I have options for different companies but after his service, I will only be dealing with as well as recommending Kyzar AC Repair

Our A/C went out & we were happy to be able to get an appointment early the next day & the tech had the part on his truck. However, the tech should have taken a few more minutes to “reset” the system. I had to go to work after he left and we discovered after being home a little while last night that the fan wasn’t shutting off. Meaning it was running all day. We turned the system off for a few minutes & “reset” it ourselves. It appears to be working fine now.

We needed someone on a late Sunday night at The Edge in West Palm Beach. Two other places only offered the next day service. We needed someone asap. I spoke with Anna who was doing disbatching. She worked really hard trying to find someone to help repair the AC. She finally found someone. We only had to wait 30 to 60 minutes. Exceptional customer service. Great job Anna amd team!! I highly recommend this company.

I must say that Tami was so kind and patient with me. Stevie was sent to my home and I have never had such a professional, caring, knowledgeable, and sweet technician in my home. I am very grateful! Thank you! You will be recommended!

They take much better care of our air conditioners than I would! Thank goodness they remember maintenance requirements and suggest only necessary repairs and upgrades. They are also available on a moment’s notice with great communications between sales, billing and service.

My AC tech Angel came out to my house last night and troubleshot my problem. He did an excellent job. He is coming back this morning to fix the issue. Kyzar AC is ACES in my book. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also want to thank Jay for his help. He went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you again Jay. You guys rock!!!!

Wow! Found my new AC people 🙌🏻 Conner was amazing and showed up so promptly, I didn’t even have to cancel my lunch plans! He asked me what the problem was, listened to everything I said and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately - the level of respect (even taking his shoes off at the door!), knowledge, and kindness was incredible and I snatched up his business card as fast as I could! I will be referring all of my friends to this company for sure! Ask for Conner - when you find a good AC tech in S FL, never let them go! 😂

Always feel confident that I am in good hands when I call Kyzar. My appointments are always within the specified timeframe. Leon is great! He is polite, professional, and knows what he is talking about. Plus, he is dog friendly. My grandpa used them for years and now I do, would recommend 10/10.

My AC stopped working mid day. I have COPD and was having a family bday party. My bff highly suggested them. I called Earl and he assured me the girls at the office can help me. I spoke to Margaret and she was so sweet and loved her accent. She assured me that someone would b at my house by 6pm
She also told me she would waive the $89 service fee since I was a new customer. Nate, the technician was super nice and thank God. It was only a power surge that must’ve quickly turn the power off, I was thrilled and happy for All they have done for me.
I am happy I found a company that I can trust and rely on, and especially doesn’t gouge you with high costs.
I am a happy and satisfied customer and would recommend Kyzar to all my friends. Oh, I even got a phone call from Margaret the next day to see how things are with me
