I noticed a wet spot on my floor at 5 pm today, a Sunday evening. I looked up and dreaded what every homeowner is afraid of: a dripping wet spot. I will tell you, I have gotten my AC serviced EVERY YEAR regularly in April (by a different company). Well, they must've not done a full service because here we are, dripping wet on a Sunday evening in May. I called Kyzar Repair and they sent a technician, Alex, to my house. They sent me a text, with a photo of the tech, when he was on his way - THE SAME EVENING! Alex was kind, quickly diagnosed the problem (a clogged air handler drain line, which was so full, he said, that it was all the way to the top...) and fixed it promptly. Really ticks me off that I do my best to get it serviced regularly, but Alex saved the day and I couldn't be more satisfied. Kyzar is my new AC company.

WOW WOW WOW. I had the best customer service from Kyzer AC. From the most pleasant greeting from Patricia so warm and welcoming ! To the fact that she offered me a free first time service call to welcome me to Kyzer air. UNHEARD OF! My technician was SO professional and empathetic . He did everything he possibly could to make me more comfortable; as I was out of AC for four days. The Manager Vince could not be more accommodating. He went above and beyond! Don’t wait. Contacted Kyzar A/C for a service request and was able to have them come out the next day. Brendon was the service technician who arrived early he completed the required service in a timely and professional manner Very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Kyzar Air for your a/c needs

One of the most frustrating things you can deal with in South Florida is your AC going out. Nothing like getting home from work with an 80 degree house and 80% humidity... I started off by calling the company that installed my unit and found out that they went out of business during the pandemic! Now, I was on a mission to find a competent company that didn't try to take advantage of my situation. The good news is that I found Kyzar AC!

I rarely write reviews but thought this one was warranted since Stevie at Kyzar went above and beyond to get me back up and running. It started off on a Tuesday finding out that the fan motor in my 5-ton inverter AC went out. Of course, like everything else after Covid, this part was not readily available and took 3 days to arrive. They tried everything to find one too! Of course, the fan motor arrived on Friday and Stevie came out right away to install it to find out that a new error message popped up on my unit stating that the system board failed. Stevie was off on Saturday but decided on his own to wake up early and try to find this board for me so I wasn't without AC all weekend. He was not only able to locate it but got me back up and running before lunch time. Stevie is an outstanding technician and very genuine person overall. I am in a technical field myself and have delt with many technicians over the years and will say that Stevie is someone who truly cares about his customers and also loves what he does. Thank you so much Stevie for taking such great care of us and bringing us to the Kyzar family.

On a side note, I made a few calls into the office to check on the status of my motor and discuss my manufacturer's warranty with staff. I spoke with 3 separate people and everyone was extremely pleasant to talk to and actually followed through on everything I asked for. One lady said she would call me back shortly and actually called me back within 5 minutes which is unheard of in South Florida these days. Overall, I can't say enough about Kyzar and hope they keep their business running like a well oiled machine. Thank you for being so professional!

Tami was very helpful on the phone. She was friendly and courteous when dispatching a technician to our condo and when following up she was able to quickly email us with pictures that the technician had taken on site when diagnosing the problem. Well done!

KYZAR did a fabulous job. They relocated our refrigeration lines from under our home to the attic, installed a camouflaged line to the condenser and installed two new ecobee thermostats. Horacio was knowledgeable and quickly indicated that they could do the project at a reasonable price. Juan and Fernando did an excellent job at getting the work done in one day, cleaned up and left no trace. KYZAR even followed a week later when I had them check on the ac unit and confirmed that there was no leak in the refrigeration lines. Their tech, Conner located a tripped circuit breaker and the system is performing perfectly. Great service; reasonably priced. I’m a KYZAR fan!

The company was vey professional and prompt extremely knowledgeable of the system that we had. Kim at the office was so great on answering my question over the phone and vey knowledgeable . Tamara and Conner are awesome. Tamara gave me great costumer servIce, personable and professional. She made scheduling our maintenance hassle free.Connor came out and was punctual and very knowledgeable. These two are definitely an asset to the company.
