She not only was super helpful, set up an appointment and also followed up when technicians were on the way I was very impressed. Today Steve From Kyzar A/C brought my new outside coil unit replacement and installed the unit. I was very much Impressed by his knowledge and skill level on this job. As he worked on the job I was asking him a lot of questions and he was able to supply me with all the answers with out missing a beat completing my install.

Extremely impressed with this company!!! I was referred to them by my neighbor. My husband is deployed at the moment, he usually fixes everything around the house. Our AC starting leaking, and then completely stopped working. I needed an AC company ASAP. I called Kyzar and Margaret was so pleasant on the phone, it was nice to hear someone that actually cared that I didn't have AC, and not only did the the technician arrive within an hour, but she also gave me a Miltary discount since my husband is away on deployment! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I called Kyzar with a situation and Margaret was so helpful and polite. She managed to get a Tech out to my house right away, they solved the issue with zero complications. She even called me after the service to follow up and make sure all was well. IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD!!!!!!

We have our A/C units serviced twice a year and recently switched to Kyzar. Joel arrived on time (prior to arrival he sends his photo and google tracking map), introduced himself and his assistant and got right to work. They were dressed professionally and communicated in a clear and professional manner. I thought it was exceptional when Joel recommended we need not change one of the filters which was in great shape - saved us some $$. Joel did not try to "up-sell" anything but explained the condition of all our 4 units. We were pleased with everything they did and would highly recommend Joel and Kyzar.

I had an issue with my AC and called the office and spoke with Margaret. She was very nice and professional, and I had a technician out within hours. I highly recommended Kyzar if you are having an issue with your AC. I was shocked when I got follow up call from Margaret asking if my issue was resolved and if I needed anything further.
