He was extremely professional, kind, and efficient, taking the time to inspect the system, find the issue, and repair it immediately. We couldn't have asked for better service by a nicer guy. We called Kyzar around 7am, and we’re given an appointment window of 1-3pm. Just after 11:30 am, I got a text from Kyzar alerting me that a technician was on his way to our house. Lien was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He passed the skittish pup test too! He quickly diagnosed the problem, and I’ve got cool a/c pumping back into the house again.
