Place it’s ok as long they don’t block the last parking spaces for making turns (if you have an 18 wheeler) staff are ok and they work normally fast

Staff is amazing. They have fun with everyone that walks In the door. Even when I’m having the worst day I enjoy coming to this location they are sure to change my mood. They seem to be the best stocked out of all the goodmans I’ve been to as well

After years of business, Gail has totally failed us and has acted very unprofessional. One of our customers had a coil that needed replaced. It was a warranty coil. Goodman did not have any, anywhere to be found and did not have a lead time to get us one. All they could offer us was a replacement air handler. A totally different air handler. That caused alot of extra work. A two hour, single man job, now a 6 hour 2 man job. She said submit to her a bill for Labor. We did so to then be told she would not reimburse. I did not charge my customer for it was the right thing to do and I was under the impression Goodman was also going to do the right thing. NOT..... Anyways, I called, I emailed and never has she responded. I also called with no return call and emailed asking who her district manager is so I could go above her, and she has avoided this question. I have been in business 16 years and have always had a good relationship with them, but the past few years, it has gone way down hill. No one answers the phone anymore and definitely not a company of integrity or professionalism.

The managers Gail and the warehouse manager Jordan are very unprofessional...they lack the qualities that are required to be successful managers...despite piss poor management the CSRs in the store particularly Clayton have always been courteous and helpful.

Will never buy a Goodman ac unit again. Goodman makes a garbage product. Our unit is 3 years old and has been serviced multiple times with thousands of dollars worth of labor despite being under warranty. Save yourself money in repair costs and go with a different brand.

Never answer the call, when you need them. Handed you the wrong parts are normal for this place, Or they tell you they have how many in stock on the phone , when you picking it up, they have none. The worst brand + the worst supply house .
