Guys there are really nice and professional. Grainger is a little more pricey than alot of comparable suppliers, but they always have stuff in stock or in most cases can get it in a day or so. Thier knowledgeable staff is always helpful in finding exactly what you need! Lobby is very clean and they are taking the Covid19 seriously.

The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing, you can’t call a store and verify an expected order you have to deal with someone in another state and a “different person each time I might add”
That has to email the store and call you back.
How do these people stay in business.
Lost an entire day yesterday waiting so I can pick up the cabinet for a job that’s a replacement for the first damaged cabinet that was delivered that I had to go thru this stupid process.
So I have to desire whether to drive 45 min and find out for myself so I can get back to work OR sit like an ass and hope the sweet girl 2000 miles away will call me if she even gets a response from the store.
What a joke.
