In the mist of the summer heat every Floridians worst nightmare is when their AC unit stops working. We’ll here we are middle of summer and our unit decides it doesn’t want to work properly. Made a quick call to the companies phone number after hours and amazingly a lovely lady answered the phone. Explained the situation and she scheduled for a technician to come out asap the very next day. Our technician was punctual and professional heard our concerns and did his best to repair what he believed at the time was causing the unit to malfunction. Two days later same issue… we made a second phone call and the same lovely lady scheduled us right away. Kyzar Air Conditioning and their team made this situation extremely pleasurable and they did everything they could to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible. Our family highly recommends Dave and his company, their compassion understanding and professionalism is just unmatched. Thank you all for your had work and help!

My a/c went down and, (a) though the initial service call was a waste of time (just a general lookover but no repair) and cost $85 to boot, (b) though I had to call back when I received no follow-up appointment call by the time quoted by the first guy, and (c) though the service receptionist was no help at all in terms of information or scheduling me for repair, once she got me over to Jay (in Parts) things got professional in a hurry. Jay was thorough and precise, setting me up with a repair tech right away. Then, Brandon showed up on time (even early) and did a fantastic job of not only repairing my system but also of insuring that the things under warranty were properly charged. Though a rough start, a great finish by two solid pros.

Wow... absolutely professional from day one. Install (which is so important) was incredible. Clean, very thorough and well done. Equipment (Lennox XC20) is almost unbelievable quiet. Highly recommend Kyzar
