I found this company on Angie’s List. I was tired of dealing with other competitors and I felt I couldn’t quite trust them. Air Express took away that feeling and were honest and upfront with everything. The technician showed me pictures of my unit inside and out. I ended up signing up for a service contract for a year. I highly recommend Air Express.

AirExpress and Adam are outstanding. He provides excellent advice and takes the time to explain the options to repair or replace the air conditioner. We replaced ours and he walked us through the different models and the advantages. We purchased the Amanda heat pump with an unitary inverter. We bought it on Friday (he fixed the old unit so we got through the weekend). They installed on Monday and what a difference! We have the thermostat set 4 degrees higher and our house is colder than with the old unit. In addition, the thermostat tells you the percentage usage of the unit. It has been running around 65%. I expect to see a noticeable decrease in my electrical bill. Last, Leo, the installer had to be one of the nicest people you can meet. He worked diligently and had a continuous smile on his face. I strongly recommend AirExpress.

Adam and his crew did a great job in replacing my 17 year old system! Very professional and the equipment they use is top notch. I would highly recommend them for all your A/C and Heating needs.

I had a minor issue with the system and Adam came right out and took care of it. My wife and I are very happy with his service.

Our AC stopped working and they were able to come out quickly and get us cooling again before the weekend. Our technician was very friendly and explained everything in a way that made it easy understand.

Russell did a great job of assessing our issue and remediation the issue of a clogged drainage pipe that lead to water leaking throughour ceiling. He also inspected our Air Exchange and identified a severe mold issue within the unit and covering the Blower as well (with picture proof of everything). He also gave us a variety of options for repair estimates but didn't have any pressure or "saley" push to buy services. Just seemed like good honest opinions. Thank you!

Really awesome experience!!! Adam was super friendly, super knowledgeable and very helpful. He made a lousy experience tolerable. Adam and his team were the best. They quickly set up an appointment to assess our HVAC system and then developed options for correcting and improving the system. Once the team was done, Adam reviewed the entire project. He also came out himself to review everything. After the final plan as developed, the installation was seamless. Once installed, Adam then followed up to ensure everything was working properly. It is rare that the owner of a company takes the time to ensure that customers are taken care of, and that is exactly what Adam did. His entire team was awesome! We will be using Adam and his team for routine servicing of our new HVAC system.

I recently had a horrible experience where an AC company came out and ran up a 900 dollar bill and then told me my unit was failing. Living in a high rise building I found that many AC companies wouldn’t even bother to come to the building. I called Adam at Air Express and found that he was honest and very professional. He even took off 450 dollars from his estimate after I told him what had happened. I highly recommend these guys.

We would highly recommend Air Express for all air conditioning needs! Techs - Russell and Trevon were fabulous in explaining the actions that were taken to get my unit up and running again. My unit is older so Russell throughly reviewed everything to make sure all components were working properly! I am extremely satisfied with the maintenance and customer service that was performed.

Adam and Air Express have been nothing short of fantastic. I had them replace an entire home systems, it was done quickly with great attention to detail. Would highly recommend Air Express to anyone looking for fair and honest A/C work.
