Had my AC break. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem-it was a major issue. They brought the part the next day and soon everything was running smoothly. Overall, great experience!

We did go with a less expensive option with another company because we are older and have to conserve resources. The professionalism and quality of this company are excellent. They spent a lot of time with us and if it were in the budget we would have gone with a new ductless system. Thank you for your time and help.

David was professional, patient, and informative. He came out to give us a second opinion on our A/C outage and presented clear options for us to consider from best to worse with zero pressure to purchase. While we won't be going with AirExpress this time. They've earned a future customer for sure!

Air Express is an amazing air conditioning company. I value their professionalism. They install quality products from installation to repairs. Their integrity and meticulousness in explaining everything in detail is incredible. The reason I chose them to come out and look at my AC in the first place is because of their reviews. I had two other companies come out as well and Air Express far surpassed them in integrity, value, the quality of their work and putting the customers needs first and truly looking out for them. I specifically asked for the owner to come out on my first visit and he did. I would like to Thank Adam and Russell and his other employees. They were amazing!!!!

Air Express was very good! I called them in the morning and not only did they have a technician out that afternoon but they were able to install the necessary adjustments same day. The only downside was the $100 cost for the technician to come out.

Lester was amazing - professional, on time, communicated well and kept a very clean work space/area. He was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with all the information I needed around the questions I asked.

I plan on using Air Express again as I signed up for their maintainence membership. Would recommend to anyone looking in the area.

I use Air Express now for over two years for AC repairs and maintenance. I feel they have fair prices and I am sure they provide great service. Russel last time and Adam this time were professional, attentive and Adam even texted with me after 10 PM to try finding out the issue. I highly recommend them. Only negative is they don’t have 24 hours service, but Adam was there first thing in the morning as promised.

Im always nervous about repairs in my home, I feel like as a female these companies see a chance to take advantage of you but Zach was straight forward, he gave me all of my options, I chose the option that i could afford at the time, he was able to fix the problem and get my home back cool. Very professional i will definitely be using this company whenever Im ready for a new unit or need another repair!!!

As a General Manager who has worked in 13 different states with various HVAC vendors across various apartment styles, I have to say that Air Express has been the most responsive, professional, and knowledgeable group of HVAC professionals that I have come across. My 161 unit property retail space had a complicated issue with our system, the tech, David, took his time and did not give up, even after several hours to figure out the issue. He was diligent and eventually found exactly what was going on with our system and is in the process of getting it repaired. This not only leaves myself happy but our retail clients happy as well. Anastasia, the Office Manager, has been there every step of the way, taking my many phone calls and text messages. Her professionalism, even in the face my frustration, was unwavering and I have appreciate her direct relationship. She even helped me when I was in bind with one of our units HVAC. Adam, the owner, is available and cares about his relationship with businesses. I have appreciated his personal attention to our needs and I look forward to doing business with them now and in the future. I highly recommend them for commercial or personal use.
