I’ve used these guys for my business and home now, and they are great. You can track them via text and know when they’re going to arrive. I wish the arrival windows were a little bit tighter but they are fast and efficient, so can’t complain too much. I’ve worked with Lester a couple times now and he is amazing- you can tell they’re really picky about who they hire. It’s definitely one of those new-age, non-pushy, “we inform you, we don’t sell you” types of businesses. He gave me all the info I needed to make the best decision and didn’t try to push anything on me. He also wore a mask the whole time- telling me he, and likely the rest of their techs, are the kind of people who care about making the customer feel comfortable- and developing a relationship rather than just making a sale and never seeing you again.

I really like this company. Because of Adam (technician) was working on my air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable and eager to explain to me what was the problem. He gave me two options to repair it. It was my decision to choose. I decided to go with the least expensive to save some money. The total job cost me $148.00 that includes the service call which is $69.00. One more thing, they put on the shoe cover on their shoes before they come into your house. I really like that.

The team at Air Express is phenomenal. They did the A/C unit and air handler replacement at my condo, and have also done inspections and maintenance work as well. They are very trustworthy and reliable, and always keep you updated on service appointments and reminders. Russell is a star, make sure you request him!

If you ever have an AC problem and want a top-quality, highly professional person to come out and take care of your air conditioning needs, these are the guys to call! Russell was fantastic with us, photographed and explained everything that he did and made sure we understood exactly what was going on with our air condition unit every step of the way. Russell was our HVAC Tech that came to our home. He was professional, courteous and honest. What stood out most was the fact that he photographed each step he performed as he did the service and even compared the equipment he installed with the broken parts. He also took his time to explain each issue, why it was important and how to keep it updated. As an educator myself I found this extremely helpful and impressive. You all have a great employee on your team and his work ethic is why I will refer and use this company whenever I have any AC issues!
