I have had a great experience with Air Express. Adam and his team were professional, on time, and fast! I had to replace my entire unit and he was able to get done the next day at a good price! I would highly recommend Adam and his team.

I highly recommend Air Express. I bought my house with a 30 year old ac unit and I knew it would soon need to be replaced. It broke down on me about twice a year and I had different companies out to fix it, each time they would give me a quote to replace my ancient ac. Over the years I received 4 quotes and Air express was not only the cheapest but the most professional. The owner himself arrived within an hour of my emergency call and had the problem diagnosed soon after. He was able to get it running for the night and his crew arrived the next morning installing all new equipment. They had it done that day and it was a clean professional looking job. Since then I have recommended them to 2 friends who were also happy with the work. I also just had them back to install a new vent and thermostat in a room that was warmer then the rest of the house. Again they did a prompt, clean, and very reasonably priced job. I highly recommend air express.

Justin took the time to help me figure out the best options for replacement of my unit. He was very patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I was absolutely amazed how carefully and efficiently Leo and the rest of the install crew completed the job. They were nice enough to bring a portable ac out so I could comfortably work from home while my unit was being replaced. Top notch customer service and quality work.

I can’t overstate how great Adam and the team at Air Express are at what they do. They came highly recommended, and delivered for us in a real way. From the first phone call, I felt looped in, especially with their texting and mobile updates. Adam carefully examined everything and took time to answer my questions and explain everything that he was doing and what he thought might be the issue with our AC. Once he found the source of the issue, he was careful in explaining options and gave realistic expectations. I felt assured that I was being given honest and fair assessment and estimates, which is important to anyone making a decision.

The people at Air Express are real professionals. Every time I have called them has been a good experience. Recently, I called and scheduled a preventive maintenance check on my A/C before the the warm weather starts. Their maintenance tech, Lazaro, arrived on time, professionally dressed and was pleasant and polite. He was even nice enough to answer my questions as I watched him service the air handler. There were several small items that he noticed and corrected (missing caps, separated insulation, small seams where air entered the unit in the attic) in order to keep the unit functioning efficiently and to prevent potential problems. He was very thorough cleaning off the mold. which had built up, and checking all the connections. He checked the specs and functioning of the outside part of the A/C unit and explained the readings he was receiving. It was comforting to know that the unit was functioning properly (it's over 10 years old), and he said that with normal service it should last a while longer. It was refreshing that he answered my questions, but did not try to sell me anything I did not need. In an industry where you can easily be taken advantage of (been there, done that), it is nice to have peace of mind knowing that I've found a company who values my business and lets me rest easy knowing I'm being treated fairly and honestly.

A/C install was performed as promised. It was important to me to be able to keep a room cool all day for my dog while the install happened, and instead of having to go buy a portable, Air Express brought one that worked perfectly. The install was done by very friendly employees, and ended up being quicker than originally expected. I would recommend doing business with this company to any of my friends & family. I look forward to a long maintenance history with this company.

Adam came out on a holiday weekend and diagnosed and repaired my AC unit. He was very honest and fair with his pricing. I had another company out to look at my AC and they tried to sell me a new unit when the repairs from Air Express were less than $200. Air Express definitely has a new and satisfied customer.

This company was the worst company I have ever hired to fix an AC unit. The lack of customer service and professionalism left me no choice but to go with another company. I had scheduled a service and because the date of service was incorrect, I didn’t receive the service on the proper date. I had to reschedule but was terribly upset to find out I couldn’t get another service appointment as soon as possible due to the company being short staffed. This was a major inconvenience because it was due to their error I had to reschedule my appointment. Please do not waste your time with this company.

Air Express is good company, very reliable and great on communication and high quality service. There technician Lester was top notch and gave me a great understanding of what my problem was and how he would fix it. I would definitely request him again and look forward to doing future business with this company. Thanks.
