Everything about Air Express is great! The technician Justin was very helpful and efficient when looking at our AC unit and repairing it. The owner Adam was very helpful and responsive. Scheduling and coordinating an appointment with Air Express was also a very easy and pleasant experience. Air Express is definitely the best air conditioning company in Tampa!

A/C went out this afternoon in the hottest part of the day. Called the company that installed it originally a few years ago and they gave me the runaround and said it would be a week before they could get to me. I called Air Express and they were out in a few hours and got things up and running quick. Lester was very professional and friendly and showed me the issues. He had the parts he needed and got it done. Nobody wants to deal with AC issues but these guys make it easy!

Used this company during AC emergency after a week of suffering from the not-so-professional AND not-so-competent service by another AC company. After consulting condominium HOA and expressing my frustration, found Air Express among the few recommended companies. And...guess what ? That was the best decision. I am so glad Mr. Lester Fernandez was willing to come out late hours being able to diagnose AND repair the problem on the same evening that other company couldn’t even attempt. Lester is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, careful and very professional. He definitely deserve 5 stars. Thank you !

This is a wow business. Every individual I've worked with has been extremely professional and well-mannered. To the point where it almost seems like they are trained specifically on how to be professional, even though I know that's not a thing. I've had Braxton on these last few visits and he's my favorite, he's a genius with HVAC, super thorough, and actually explains, provides video, and photos the entire process when they're performing maintenance so I know what's going on and how to mitigate issues in the future. This is one of the few businesses I would go out of my way to recommend. They are just plain awesome.

Just had a complete new system installed and I just can’t express how glad I am that I called Air Express for the job. From the very beginning they were professional and very efficient. They answered all my questions and concerns about what was needed and explained things I didn’t understand in a way that I could understand and make good choices on the equipment installed. They offered me good suggestions and solutions to a problem I had with some of my duct work that had been problematic in the past. The installation was very clean, the system is quiet and efficient with a good warranty/service agreement. We checked them out before calling them and the reviews were right on, they were very courteous and I felt that they strive to do the job right. I would highly recommend them!

Lester was phenomenal from start to finish. The appointment was set last minute and Lester still showed up on time. From the time he started, Lester was very thorough and explained what he was doing at every stop. This type of professionalism is not as common as you would hope, as I deal with installers on regular basis. Lester is one of the best installers I have dealt with. The communication and the way the whole job was handled was first class. I will definitely use Lester again in the future.

Our tech for todays maintenance visit was Zach Rogalski and he was awesome! Personable, professional and informative every step of the way! Highly recommend this company we have used their services for a year and are always happy!

We've been using Air Express for almost 3 years. They installed a new ac/heat unit for us and then we had them move the air handler to the attic. Most recently they designed and fabricated new mixing boxes for the air supply and installed new duct work. Adam and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. I've referred them to my friends and I recommend you trying them as well!

We woke up to a chilly Florida morning with no heat. My husband called Air Express and a serviceman (the owner) came out that day which was a Saturday. Adam informed my husband of the problems, fixed the unit and carefully explained the what and how of the problems and fixed them. We would HIGHLY recommend Air Express. Professional, polite and very informative service people

Have worked in residential construction for years and will tell you Adam with Air Express deserves all 5 stars. I use Air Express personally and professionally, and while there are a lot of A/C companies I’ve used over the years, there are few companies I trust with my personal home.
