Ahoy! Cooling & Heating

We were recommended to call Ahoy! from a friend. They did not disappoint! We received a text message with a photo of the technician before he arrived. The technician even put shoe covers on to protect our flooring. He was super friendly and explained everything in detail. We will be recommending Ahoy! to all of our friends!

We worked with a couple of Ahoy! technicians due to the scope of the work needed to be completed. Each were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were able to provide a diagnosis in timely manner and did a great job fixing our system and getting the air working. Thank you!

I was having issues with my ac system for a few days, I called around and the lady that helped me out was so kind. I forgot her name but she was very nice and very helpful, they got me in the SAME DAY i called which was on a Saturday. The technician was Zach, he was extremely professional, punctual, respectful and did an amazing job at getting my home cooled down quickly, honestly he is one of the best technicians I have had a pleasure of meeting! Thanks to both of them I will be using air express for any inconveniences I have in the future.

My one year old AC stoped cooling and I called Express AC. Chris, came out and determined that coil was leaking refrigerant in air handler. Here’s the lucky part for me: even though I was only a few months outside of labor warranty, Express Ac authorized free repair. It would have cost me $4000 or so to get it fixed.. yikes! Lucked out on life’s choices there I did. Chris was professional and wore little protective slip on socks on his boots every time he came indoors to avoid tracking in dirt. That was a nice touch! Chris did a very thorough inspection , it took him nearly 3 hours to diagnose the problem. Great to deal with!

Air Express is all that, we have been using their services for the past 6 years from routine maintenance to replacing the a/c system. The whole Air Express crew is a team of professional , caring , honest and knowledgable people. I cannot praise enough their office manager, Natasha, who is always going above and beyond to help you with any questions or problems you might have (she is also super patient and caring), all the technicians who are also very detailed and know their job to the best. All in all , we highly recommend their services for all of your a/c needs, and wish the company lots of success under their new rebranding name -Ahoy! Thank you !

My a/c stopped working on a Thursday night and during a current heat wave. Air Express was recommended by a friend of mine and I was able to go onto their website to schedule an appointment. Their website is very easy to use. I was able to get a technician to come to my home the next day. David came and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything and offered different options with pricing. I am so pleased with David and Air Express

Initially, my experience with Air Express was nothing but great. David came out to inspect our AC unit while our business was still open, and he was able to take a look at everything without disturbing operations. We do have some issues that need to be addressed with our unit, and we initially had a miscommunication, but the owner reached out personally to explain the situation and give me his number to contact him directly. I haven't had a chance to speak with him yet, but I wanted to rectify this review as soon as I was able.

Zach came over to do a performance tune up on our system and was the absolute best. Friendly, courteous, and wasn’t pushy when it came to recommending additional services. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again moving forward!

Same day service available. Technician, Jesus, was great, explained my opinions, had parts needed (Blower Motor), and fixed the problem.
Service was great. 4 starts (instead of 5) because of the price. They are more expensive than others. I didn't even get back the $99 diagnostic charge like I was promised up front. But, I guess it beats not have AC.
