Parker arrived right on time and was very professional and explained all
the work that was needed and explained the best preventive maintainance
to follow for the best service from my AC unit. I was very pleased with
the work and I have used Action Air for years and have always been
pleased with their prompt and courteous service.

I contacted Action Air to come out to my home to diagnose an A/C that was cooling intermittently. They were able to have someone out to the house in about an hour. The Technician they sent, Christian, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and solve it. He also inspected the unit completely, replaced an additional part that was failing, and offered suggestions on additional maintenance and when he thought future issues may need to be addressed. Overall, the experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend Action Air for future issues.

Christian & CJ did a wonderful job on replacing our a/c unit and duct work. We couldn’t be happier with how fast and thorough of a job they did. They had great communication, completed the project in one day, and cleaned up after the work was done!! I would definitely recommend Action Air Conditioning to anyone who needs work done.

I have been a customer of Action Air Conditioning since 2008. They installed my air conditioning unit and have been doing annual inspections every year. They arrange your appointment when you need it. Their employees are always professional, thorough and friendly. They are very efficient and do the work in a timely manner. They don't mind explaining thing when I have questions. I couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent service! Christian was extremely helpful and honest about what needed to be done with our AC unit. He was also patient and understanding about the fact that I didn't know where the exterior compressor was at this condo facility. We hire Action air each year to run maintenance on our direct air unit. They do an excellent job. Joandy was quick and efficient. He gave us a thorough assessment of our unit and suggested some great option to ensure the longevity of our unit.

I have never had a problem with this company. They installed my air handler and outside heat pump in 2007. I Keep up with the yearly maintenance. They are always prompt and always call before they come. Recently I had to call for service and in under 2 hours they were there. Tony was the one who came, he was very professional and knowledgeable.
