Recent experience with Action Air Conditioning was amazing from the first telephone call to the conclusion of service. The scheduler was friendly and accommodating, providing a same day and an almost immediate appointment. The technician, Christian Lugo, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I like the email sent prior to service to advise who the service technician will be, along with a photo and brief bio. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will absolutely use again! I had my 1 st year inspection this week; Joandy was very knowledgeable and courteous. He did a great job! I’ve been loving my new unit too, it’s been saving me on Electricity and proving quality comfort to my home environment. Thanks Action Air your the best!

Excellent response time, called on Friday after 6pm and Parker arrived by 10am on Saturday morning...Parker diagnosed the issue and was able to repair the problem quickly. He also preformed the annual maintenance while he was here... That's was awesome!!! I didn't have to schedule another appointment .. Parker was very professional and very personable.. We have been Action Air customers since 2012 and wouldn't think twice about calling someone else. Another great job, Once again!!!

My A/C needed a tune up and Parker was fantastic! He thoroughly explained all service options and helped me determine which one would be best for my situation. Parker explained all of his work and the importance of each aspect of the tune up. He is knowledgeable, professional, personable, and very well trained. I really appreciated him explaining everything to me and helping me understand how the various components of my A/C work together. I highly recommend Parker and Action Air Conditioning!

I had a new Lennox Air Conditioner put in today and the two men who installed the unit were excellent! They arrived when they said they would, they were very knowledgeable and made certain that I understood all that they were doing, they were courteous and a total pleasure to have at the house. Plus they cleaned everything up beautifully. Aside from the fact that I didn't realize until yesterday that I needed a new air conditioner all went very smoothly. Thanks! I had Action Air install a complete new system in my home. At first there were small issues, each taken care of promptly and efficiently. Dave, the President, and his people are excellent at what they do. They are as good as their word, everything they said they'd do, they did. I highly recommend them for any purpose. They aren't the least expensive BUT you get what you pay for and more. I am a PIA as I want things done correctly, They did and put me first as the customer. Can't say enough good things about them.

I've used Action Air for all my business and personal A/C needs. I've purchased my last 4 a/c units from them also. They are a great company to work with. Their service techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and capable. They keep great records and honor their warranties when a part fails. I have been very happy with them for over 15 years.

Christian with Action Air was very knowledgeable, and friendly on the visit. He gave me a post card with a list of Maintenance plans/prices and his recommendations. Even though we didn't go with the recommendations at this time. There was no presser or pushing to purchase a plan. He preformed the normal maintenance on our unit. He didn't even mind the dog (Big dog) being out while he cleaned/maintenance the unit outside. There was no clean and even put the casing back together for the unit inside. Thank you Action Air for wonderful service.

My air conditioning system stopped working late last night and a call was placed to Action Air Conditioning, Inc. I received a response the following morning and was informed that a tech would come shortly. Christian Lugo arrived at our home and immediately diagnosed the problem, researched his records and informed us that the defective part was in warranty and it's replacement would be of no cost to us. During the visit Christian was polite, informative and effective. We just want to inform you of the high quality of this employee. If we were to rate him we would give him a well deserved 5 stars.

Amazing;how much quality and value I received with Action Air Conditioning. Ricky treated my home as if it was his own. MOST of all my dog warmed up to him right away. HOW GREAT IS THIS? It was just a pleasure doing business with the whole team. Ricky, Dustin, Jan and Dave Russell are all very dependable.
