Mike Freeman did an excellent job analyzing our AC. He was knowledgeable, very honest, professional yet also very friendly. He did all the checks I was expecting plus more. He gave us piece of mind that the main components were working correctly. Will definitely call them back if we need further services. Fair pricing for quality service. 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

Our air-conditioning went out on Wednesday night. We had purchased a Bryant unit from RedCap 3years ago, well they couldn't come out until Friday.... The heat index was in the 100s.
Don C. with Action Air took immediate action made an appointment the very next day. The technician Mike F troubleshooting our unit, he made several calls and then went to 2 places in afternoon rush hour traffic to get the parts that were needed to fix our air-conditioning the very same afternoon.
We highly recommend the service and will be signing up for a maintenance program.

Dan the tech from Action Air was very professional finding the problem with our HVAC not cooling. He was very thorough checking the system and within 15 minutes found the problem. He documented everything and showed me the issue and kept me informed of the repair. Everything was completed in about an hour at a fair rate. I highly recommend Dan and Action Air for their great service.

Chris was awesome and so happy to quickly help me when I received a bogus quote for $4K in repairs. Short story nothing wrong with my AC at all. Mike came and explained the unit in detail. Mike is a true testament to great service!!
