Action Air Conditioning, Inc - AC Repair Tampa

Dylan and Chris were the installers on our new system last week. They were easy to work with and showed great customer service skills (which is not always easy in the Florida heat!). Our old unit was 15 years old & had been installed and maintenanced by Action Air Conditioning. The company itself is great to work with and we have never felt like they gave us bad information on our A/C system. We feel they are a quality company for anyone looking for maintenance or a new system. Victor & Carol

Great company, courteous and responsive. Probably the best communication I've ever had pre,post and during install. Ac system was replaced quick and efficiently. Don was great and stayed on top of everything, made sure the whole operation went smoothly and couldn't ask for better help. Dylan and Brice were quick, efficient and helpful. The whole process was smoother than could hope, would definitely recommend Action Air!

Awesome company to do business with. Very responsive and took the time to listen to me.
From the beginning answering any questions and concerns, to the day of the install. I had to replace the whole ductwork, they came in around 9am and was all done by 2PM. Even cleaned and swepped afterwards.
A month later I decided to install a new split system. Don put a proposal and set us up for 1 day install. Ricky, Mike, Chris, Dan and Don are all outstanding. Job done and another satisfied customer.

After putting refrigerate in a 16 yr old unit for the past two years, it finally quit so we decided to replace it with a new Lennox. We got three bids but none compared to Action Air Conditioning!! The Salesman Don was exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and courteous to our needs. He arrived on time to our home, inspected everything and provided several options in writing. Because the thoroughness and fair price he gave us, we decided on the spot to go ahead and have it replaced. We submitted the order the same day and the Installers arrived the next day on time. They were clean, professional and very efficient. Best installation experience we’ve ever had at our home. Overall, we had an excellent experience from first contact until the project completion. Would highly recommend Action Air Conditioning to all of my family and friends!

Normally I do not submit reviews but feel compelled to submit one here. We needed to replace our 40-year-old central A/C ducts and a sputtering A/C unit. Researching the best solutions led to considerable uncertainty and confusion. Don, our project manager from Action Air, was more than patient and understanding, answering all our questions, explaining current A/C technology and putting together a proposal to meet our needs.
Our research and selection process led to a choice between two top A/C companies. In the end both were comparably priced and provided great products. After discussing the installations with the competitors, it sounded like Action Air had the best install team and process so we decided to go with them. We definitely made the right decision. Action Air has a crack crew who came in and replaced everything in a single day.
Having worked in management most of my career I recognize great customer service when I see it. The culture at Action Air is truly outstanding. The professionalism is readily apparent. These are folks who take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. They are friendly and generous with their time, ensuring that the customer feels comfortable and confident in the end result. The fact that the average tenure of their crew is ~10 years speaks to the nature of the organization.
Hoping that I don’t miss anyone and apologies if I do, I want to give special thanks to some of the crew members who worked on our job. Ricky was front and center keeping us informed and ensuring that the work was well organized and advancing on schedule. CJ was great, managing the install, explaining the nuances of replacing existing ductwork, and later in remedial thermostat instruction . Dylan and Brad were always busy working to keep things moving. All have wonderful customer service skills and seem to genuinely enjoy and take pride in their work

My contact with Don Connell at Action Air was excellent from start to finish. Don came out immediately after requesting a quote for a new system. He addressed all my questions, and did the quotes for three systems right in front of me. Soon after reviewing the quotes I scheduled the job and put in the payment and Don was extremely helpful getting it all setup. The installers came on-time and were efficient, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend Don, the installers and Action Air as a whole!
