The service response was excellent. Phone calls were answered immediately. The technician fixed the problem and explained what I could do to help make the entire system last a bit longer. I was thinking about replacing the unit because it's 24 years old. However the technician said it still has some life in it.
I requested a level two maintenance, which included cleaning the blower fan and the compressor coils. The inspection indicated the inside "A" coil was fine and did not need cleaning.
The equipment they use is wirld class. The training and experience is second to none. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding.
Yep, I will not use anyone else. Honest, quick, fair, and a great value.

My AC stopped producing cold air late in the afternoon and early the next morning I called Locke's Expert & Quality Air Service. They had a technician at my house before 10:00 am which I liked very much. Jeremy the technician did some routine maintenance on my AC and within an hour my AC was cranking out cold air again.

Our AC quit working. We called our usual service guy and he stated we needed a whole new system and gave us a quote. Not wanting to only consider one quote, we called Locke’s. Harold quoted 5% lower for the exact same system and installed a wireless digital thermostat that is compatible with Alexa also. His quote was quick and in writing. He had the unit in stock and installed it the very next day. He was extremely thorough and professional. I was thrilled with this service and will use Locke’s from this point on.

I had an extremely positive experience with Locke's AC from the moment I called and requested an appointment. I received same day service, and exceptional communication directly over the phone and through text with updates. Harold was my service tech and was very courteous of my time and respectful of my home. He took the time to best explain what the issue was, how he was going to fix it and hopefully prevent reoccurring issues. He even went a step further to test the air flow and perform a full check of all components, including each vent throughout the house. I would recommend anyone to use Locke's AC.

I've had a hard time finding a good and reputable company to come out and work on my AC systems. After being scammed, ripped off, and had my units damaged further by multiple companies in the area, I vowed to no longer use home warranty companies and get multiple quotes on my units until I found a company I trusted. I'm beyond happy that I found Locke's!!! They've done a couple fixes on both of my units now and I'm certain I've found my forever company as long as they remain in business and I live in the area. After the awful experiences I have been through, it was a breathe of fresh air to find a company (Locke's) that actually cares about its customers and isn't trying to push for bigger and more expensive fixes. After getting bids from other companies, I've had the same repair rep come out both times from Locke's and they gave me the final bid I end up going with. They've consistently come in lower than the other companies, haven't been pushy, and have gone above and beyond to fix my units. The last time they were out they secured a part that another company put in incorrectly at no charge while working on another issue. I couldn't recommend a company any higher or more than I recommend Locke's and I've been through several AC companies in the area. I finally feel like I can trust my AC company again.
