Great company and service. Locke's has installed and serviced 3 units for me in the last 3 years and have been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for all AC needs.

As a Realtor in Tampa I help my clients with emergencies that come up during a sale. This time we had an AC start leaking on new drywall on a Saturday morning. Harold came out on a moments notice to save the day for my client. He's very knowledgeable and honest as well. I would use his company again for sure.

I had a unpleasant experience with this company to say the least. They had to come to my house 3 times in the last year and half due to an incompetent technician whom didn't do their job properly the first 2 times. And now my a/c is having issues and they had another technician diagnosis it and they said the part was defective from the manufacturer however since I'm no longer in warranty I would have to pay for a new part and labor. I spent a lot of money with this company to resolve the issue the first and second time due to the incompetent technician and now I have to come out of pocket again for something that is the manufacturer fault for selling a defective part. I would never recommend this company to anyone and if I could would rate it a zero.

Having people in your corner that you can trust is monumental in a service industry. The technician was prompted and professional and at a competitive price. Although our A/C unit is pushing 20 years old, we were NOT pressured into replacing it, rather informed that we could probably get at least another year out of it. I would highly recommend this company.

Harold and his team have always been on point! (Several occasions, old house old ac) Great response time, will work with you to get it done on your schedule! Very knowledgable and always let's you know your options. Highly recommend and the company i tell my friends and family to go to.

Robert and his whole team, including office staff were great to work with. I had 2 returns and one new supply added to my existing system in my old - non standard house. They built custom ducts to fit and did a beautiful job.

Very timely and professional. They were able to get our new unit installed very quickly and it’s been working great. They also saved us a ton of money over another company who told us we needed things we didn’t need. Very pleased with the service and honesty that we received.

I was really impressed with the service provided by the technician Harold Jr. that came out to our home on the weekend, when the other companies that we called wanted us to pay a ridiculous weekend fee or wait for Monday. A previous company that my dad had a ac maintenace contract for his home came out to mines friday after we got off work and said our compressor had burnt out & gave us a quote for a $6,500 system, but Harold was able to get my compressor started with a booster & saved us a bunch of money. Thanks again, I will be referring my friends & family to get your preventative maintenance service also! :-)

Contacted Harold at 7:00 A.M. and he arrived promptly at 10:00 A.M., he explained the problem, discussed the repair cost and proceeded to work. I am very pleased with the cost, professionalism, cleanliness and care he took with the repair. I highly recommend his company for your air conditioning services.

Amazing service. This staff goes above and beyond for their customers. Had an opportunity to work with Vanessa, Lester and Raul on different projects from standard maintenance repairs to a major installation. They take pride in doing the job right.
