Another company estimated my air handler job needed a motor ,cost $750 plus labor ,lockes service man determined the motor was under warranty replaced it and my only charge was Labor .a clean ,check of my specs on air conditioner and did a wonderful job thank you

Absolutely recommend this company! They truly care about their customers more than making a buck. I was in a jam when my A/C broke right before surgery. Another a/c company said I had to replace the coil which would cost me over 2k. Even though they knew my situation, they offered no other options. A friend of mine recommended this company so I called. From my first phone call, I was met with kindness and understanding. They sent someone out that same day who was able to offer me a temporary solution that would last me long enough to get by for only $400. I now am able to recover from my surgery in a nice, cool home. They have earned my loyalty and they will get all my a/c needs.

This past week was horrible. AC was not working right and everyday it was getting worse. Another AC company was called in, but they could not correct the problem. We really needed someone who knew what they were doing and cared enough to do the job right. Mr. Locke arrived exactly on time and spent the next three hours identifying the problem with our AC and fixed it like he was working on the AC at his own house. Mr. Locke explained to me exactly what was causing our AC not to work properly. Better yet, he showed me what caused our AC problem and put the AC back together right in front of me. It's a matter of trust. Update -June 2020

Locke AC told me that I needed a new AC. Ugh! That was the last thing I wanted to hear. But Locke has taken care of my house and my friends for many years now. They have done good work and earned my trust. I took their advice and they installed a new AC the next day. They also came back twice to make improvements ensuring that everything worked perfectly. Once again the guys over at Locke's Expert Quality AC saved one of my family members from going without air conditioning. I gave my uncle Ron the number for their office at 9 pm the night before because he said another company was coming the next day and was gonna charge him over 4,000 for a system. He call Lockes AC and they had a new heating and cooling system installed the very next day for him way cheaper than the other guys and the system Locke's Installed also has a 10 year warranty with it. Two thumbs up. Thanks again guys, we appreciate everything

We purchased a complete, installed A/C unit from Locke's Expert & Quality AC. After 2 years, the fan motor failed. They stuck to their warrantee; they were here the next business day. Replaced the motor, and honored their warrantee. The service was wonderful. I was impressed.

I took off of work to be home and planned to be into work as soon as the technician was done working on the AC. I was informed the Tech would be at my house between 8 and 9. Shortly after 9 I called because no one had shown up. I was then informed it would be between 10 and 12. I told Laura that I had to work today. She asked what time, not considering I had been sitting at home waiting on them since 8am. I told her I really had to be in by noon. She asked me what my drive time was and I told her 30 minutes. She said someone would be out and that I was second on their list for the day. As I type this, it is 11:30. I did receive a text that a Tech was on the way but it gave no estimated time of arrival. I have been a long time customer and when Harold Locke Sr retired , the quality, customer service and commitment has reached a one star rating. There was no consideration given to me, they did not value my time at all.

I returned home Sunday night and discovered that my Air conditioner had stopped working. I contacted Lockes Expect & Quality svc and as promised the service manger contacted me early Monday morning. A technician was sent out a short time later and fixed the problem.Great customer service. I highly recommend them.

We had a leak coming from the inside air conditioner and the technician came out and cleaned our coils and flushed out our drainline. The technician was so courteous and professional. I also referred my mom to Locke's ac and they gave her a really good deal on a new Trane system for $2100 cheaper than the other companies that quoted her the year before.
