Pawns in a system. They work with Hudson Homes management and from February to now, mid June, they still can’t fix an AC system. It’s not totally their fault, they have some idea of what the issue might be and Hudson Homes wont authorize real fixes. But they lie, over and over and over for them.

One of the jobs they did they decided to leave fiberglass around the house, i found a Snapple bottle on my toolbox in the garage, and some ductwork they decided not to trash.

Their idea of a working system is no lower than 76 in February. It’s “not possible”. We must be from out of state. I’ve lived in Tampa my whole life and this is the hottest house I’ve ever lived in.

Most days are 81 degrees with 78% humidity in the house and they can’t fix it. Oppressive.

Thes guy were great ! Unlike the other 2 A/C companies that gave us a quote, Locks's gave us options about repairs and replace cost. We chooce to replace unit and they showed up on time and had us cooled back down no no time at all. The price was right too!
