We couldn't be happier with Action Air service. We have a yearly maintenance contract and have the occasional issue but we're never disappointed in the service we receive. Joandy does our annual maintenance and we drew Hans for our most recent service call. Both are true professionals and just really good guys. The office staff are friendly, effective and efficient - what more could you ask of a company. We've never felt like we over-paid and when its time to replace our HVAC, we won't consider going with anyone else. What a great company. Thanks Action Air.

There is a new person who answers the phone with the name of Ana. Because of her I will not renew my membership nor use their services again. She is very rude, interrupts after every word said. She doesnt have knowledge of the industry. Unless the company invest in professional and qualified customer service skillset, I will not renew my membership.
Also, they charged me for labor to change my filter when it should had been included in the membership. Ana said that because I didn't want to renew the membership, then I would need to pay up for renewal. My membership was up for renewal in a month. So she lured me and charged me when I the service was included in my membership.

Action Air sent Dan for my AC System check up. He arrived on time and checked everything. Thank you , Action Air for having kind and Knowledgeable Service Staff like Dan!!

Very Professional and polite, explained everything to me about the the work that needed to be done,on time

I've had Action Air come out a couple of times and they have always done a great job. They respond quickly, explain everything and are very professional. I had a new AC install performed by Mike S and Ricky P recently and they were excellent. They arrived on time, performed the work in a timely manner, and then explained everything what was done. They were both friendly and professional, and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up, leaving the work site in better shape than when they got there. I would recommend Action Air for any of your HVAC needs, and would use them again.

Parker B did a wonderful job servicing all four of our AC units. He was very professional, courteous, and explained to me how I could better care for our units. He took his time and showed me everything I asked about. I have used action air conditioning since we moved into this house 20 years ago. All our units have been installed by them. I am very happy with their responsiveness too. Parker B is first class!!

I am trying again, it appears my initial didn't take so may be a duplicate. Joandy serviced us today and was GREAT! But I have to share the love as I have only had perfect experience with Action Air. Everyone is responsive, helpful, and really cares about customer experience. That is a gem these days. Many thanks to you all.

Action Air Conditioning installed 2 units on an "elevated platform" for me. The technicians that installed the equipment were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all ... clean! Great service and spotless on the clean up. Action Air is a quality business that stands behind their product and gives first class treatment.

I was a little nervous to call and get another air conditioning quote from another company after 1 high quote and another in the middle. But I do not regret making that additional call. Joyce took her time answering all my questions over the phone and then came out the next day to take pictures and see what needed to be done to give me a quote. She was very informative and made me feel more at ease. Financing was a very easy and quick process as well. As scheduled the guys called me to let me know they were on their way. Jose and Eddie were great too. Very nice and cleaned up after all the work was done. I will be recommending this company to friends and family needing these types of services for sure. Can't beat the warranty for labor and parts either. We are back to a cool home which is very important in Florida!

Action Air has been servicing my prior A/C unit for 4 years. I have been very satisfied with their service. My AC unit stopped working 5 days ago on a Sat night. I called Sunday 9 AM and tech, Parker, came out in a few hours. He evaluated my 15 year old AC and found that the fan had failed. Since unit used old Freon, and since repair of fan repair would be significant, I opted to purchase a new unit. Parker recommended several options, took pictures of my old air handler and electric box, and told me he would write up a proposal that evening. I received an email with proposed invoice for the new unit around 5PM. Parker reviewed with me the details of the price and the included dealer/factory/TEC0 rebates and discounts that they offered. He arranged the install the next day. Angel and his assistants installed the unit in about 7-8 hrs on Monday. AC working very well so far, and very quiet. Parker and Angel were professional and they answered all my questions and concerns. They cleaned up well and reviewed the warrantees with me . I was very pleased with the entire process. Also, when I called the office on several occasions, the staff answered promptly. I would highly recommend Action Air.
