I met Carlos the owner, when he fixed my AC on my first house flip I did. I ended up partnering with him and buying land building house and we sold it. Carlos and the team at Goose Home Air Specialist performed an amazing job in finding a solution to our cooling needs. Our current HVAC system is 8 years old and has not run efficiently, resulting in half of our home being uncomfortable. A company convinced us to replace the entire duct work 3 years ago and the problem still persisted. The same company who convinced us to replace the duct system stopped by two weeks ago for a "tune-up" and told me I needed a new system and quoted me some astronomical number for the replacement. Luckily, a colleague referred me to Goose Home Air! On the initial visit, the technicians were punctual and extremely professional. The technicians took over an hour to painstakingly inspect the entire system including the duct work, air handler, compressor, measured the room sizes, etc. At the conclusion of the inspection, I was told our current HVAC can last another 8 years with proper maintenance with a few corrections. Overall, it would cost about 10% of the price I was quoted by the other company! And our main issue is resolved and the temperature is the same throughout our home. This company is honest, professional, and takes pride in their workmanship. Highly recommend!
