I have used this company for over 20 years & they are quick to respond to your problem. My ac died & they replaced it with very little down time.

I had an excellent experience with Action Air Conditioning from the salesman Don Connell to the excellent installer Ricky. Both Don and Ricky are very professional and excellent a what they do. I will recommend Action Air Conditioning to my family, friends, and to anyone who is in the market for a new AC unit. Additionally if you just need AC service or you’re looking for a annual service contract I highly recommend Action Air Conditioning.

Great customer service our salesman Donnie Connell put together a plan for a brand new AC system throughout the house including new vents and everything so it was very nice exactly what we wanted. Install personal we're very professional and courteous they were in and out in one day and completely rebuilt the entire AC system throughout the house so great service

My husband and I recently had some major work on our HVAC. We have a service contact with Action Air, which we obtained when we first moved to Tampa. We recommend it - it has saved us a lot of money. Our experience with Action Air has been exceptionally great. Joandy does our yearly maintenance (he's super), the (friendly, efficient) office staff always gets it right and they make sure the service pros get to us as quickly as possible. They treat us like we're their most important customers...every time. We had Christian for our only repair and he was excellent. That bears repeating - Christian was excellent!! We feel that Action Air is such a wonderful company. Wish more businesses were run like this. Thank you!!!

Joe Andy provided the annual maintenance for my A/C system and installation 4 intake grills. Chris installed a new thermostat. Both wereHe courteous, competent and professional and were both a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend both as great representatives of the Action Air team.

Wow! I requested a "hurry-up please" maintenance call to repair AC in the heat of summer, got it scheduled next-day...but in the meantime, the Customer Service agent called back after doing some research into the error code, *CALLED BACK* and walked me through a fix that WORKED!...saving me a service call and them a back-log. How proactive, and rare! Great!

To anyone out there that is having AC issues - DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY - I usually am not someone who writes reviews but my horrific experience with this group led me to do so in the hopes it helps others - Background: My AC went out this past Friday with average temps being mid-90's - and being new to this area & not having used any AC companies to date - this company was highly recommended to me from a trusted work colleague who had utilized them so I assumed they would be a great choice - I contacted them early Friday afternoon about the issue of no AC & they worked me in for a service call - technician came late afternoon and determined it was the compressor (paid $90+ for service call) - he then indicated that the parts company was closed and they could not get a replacement ordered until Monday (first red flag) but I thought well okay - I can make other arrangements to stay elsewhere for the weekend so I can make that work.. I contacted them first thing Monday morning and the customer service person was very short and rude on the phone (2nd red flag) but we worked through it and she informed me they would contact the parts department to get the replacement part but would not be able to repair it until Tuesday (another day w/o AC again with temps in the high 90's) - 3rd red flag & then she call back & indicated the part was unavailable anywhere in the Tampa area, Pinellas county or Orlando area and they would have to order it and it would not be here until maybe Wednesday/Thursday (3rd & final red flag) & she then quoted me $2220 for the part plus labor - this unit is a Goodman and only 5.5 years old - not like a old model - I then contacted Icy Hot A/C - another recommendation from a neighbor & they came out within the hour of my call - found the part in Clearwater - went and got it & came back and installed it and I had AC up an running by 2pm today !!! And guess what the compressor was under warranty which the other company did not even bother to determine - and it cost me 40% less of what Action Air was going to charge me !! - so please learn from what I experienced and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER !!

Christian has serviced my AC twice and he is always professional and very knowledgeable. Once was on a holiday weekend and another time was early evening. The company is very well run and the staff is always friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.I also would like to recognize Ricky Polonca and Michael Sparks. They did the installation of my new AC unit and really did a great job. After installation, they cleaned up all the debris and left the area immaculate. I am quite happy with Action Air.
