I got a quote from 5 different AC companies and chose Ultracool because of their excellent customer service and because they use American Standard. My experience started with Neil, one of the owners, who gave me my initial quote. He was very thorough, honest and made me extremely comfortable because I felt like I knew exactly what I was going to get because of the detailed quote. They answered all of my follow-up questions quickly and with ease (great customer service!). They have reasonable market prices, but another competitive advantage is they work with the best brand. Consumer Reports 2016 Brand Reliability Survey, listed American Standard as #1 (Trane #2 out of 10 brands), with the estimated breakage rate at a low of 15% by the 5th year of ownership. On the day they installed they did everything they said they would. They were clean, fast, professional and the owner (Neil) again stopped by to check in on my experience. I never thought I would think an AC unit was beautiful, but this unit is amazing. I immediately felt cool air in places that I never did before. I would totally recommend Ultracool to anyone looking for the best customer service, owner and AC unit!

I shopped around and probably got quotes from 10 different companies for a new A/C unit to be installed. When I hired Ultracool Air Conditioning & Heating, I did so because Neil, the owner came and assessed what I needed and then oversaw the installation to make sure every detail was attended to. Everyone showed up on time, my home was spotless when the install was complete and Neil followed up with me to ensure I was happy. I have continued to use them for maintenance and I find their staff to be very professional, friendly and thorough. They also get here quickly when I really need them. I have high standards and Ultracool AIr exceeds my expectations in every way. Outstanding finished product and great value for what I paid. I've been using Ultracool for many years. The reason I chose Ultracool a/c above all other companies is when my old AC broke Neil the owner personally came out and made sure that he can get it running until they could get me a new unit. As he is always very patient as well as anyone that comes out to my house do any maintenance. We could really use other companies to use their values.

Before I get to the A/C, I want to say that it's hard to find a company where everyone is so nice, pleasant, anxious to please as ultra Cool. This goes to the: owner Neil, Expert Installers Ronald and Raheem and the coordinators Laurie and Stephanie. And, as expected from folks like this, the A/C works great.
