I've been so pleased with Ultracool since I had them replace my A/C units a few years ago and I now have them on annual contract for regular maintenance. Extremely impressed!

Very happy we chose Ultracool to replace our old AC with a new unit. Not only were they communicative and friendly, but most importantly they were on time and clean! I will forever recommend this company to friends and family.

We have had a continuous clogging drain line from the air handler, and have had the same company coming out for the last 12+ mos every 2-3 mos with no success. The line was flushed every time, we followed instructions, but kept have the same issue.

Efrain came out and with 5-minutes found the issue, did a chemical flush of the drain line, and adjusted the drain pan to avoid further spills in the attic. Very professional, knows his stuff, and fair price. Also, Stephanie at reception is professional, follows up, and appointment was right as promised last week over the phone.

We had other AC companies in the past but only use ultracool for our AC needs now. We have had 2 AC units installed by UltraCool as well as relocation of outside units (and system maintenance). Neil is responsive, timely, honest and trustworthy. We are fortunate to have Ultracool nearby.

Showed up on time. Listened carefully and responded quickly. My wife is not hot anymore. The tech let me know the price before he started and did not try to charge me for work he did not perform.

Steve was absolutely awesome! I am a general contractor for 36 years, and Steve was the most communicative person, and helpful I have ever dealt with, including my own business. That is saying a lot as we pride ourselves in communicating with clients. He walked me through and explained exactly what was going on. He worked with equipment manufacturer to help us with what ended up a complete replacement of our unit. If you’re looking for someone that is very thorough and keeps you updated through the process, then this is who I’d recommend. You pay for what you get!

Neil came out on Mother’s Day to check my problem , needed a new unit & he was able to have one installed the next day . Techs were great & professional . Excellent service would use them again & recommend them .

Efrain was my technician, he came right away within the hour I called. He was professional and communicated what possible issues I was looking at and gave me some scenarios to be prepared for. Luckily it was only the fan motor that went bad in my outdoor compressor unit. He replaced it in an hour, and the house started getting cooler again. He was very fast and pleasant to talk to.
