My air conditioner broke down in early August, and I was looking to get a quote on a new installation. After having the tech come out and examine the unit, I was told that the capacitor needed to be replaced and the refrigerant levels were low. We were led to believe that if we had these repairs done, our unit would be in working condition for at least another year or two. $350 later and the AC was back to inoperable 24 hours later. We reached out repeatedly to resolve this issue and request a quote for a new installation, but were left without answers for a week in the dead heat of August. It has now been 3 weeks, and still no word on making this situation right.. Extremely disappointed and would not do business again.
