This company initially replaced my AC a few years back and the service was completely amazing, so I am always inclined to use/ recommend this service.
I recently Received a service this morning (8/15/22). My AC was not working, I agreed to pay the $89 service/ diagnostic fee. That is the only fee I agreed to pay.
As the tech was investigating the problem, he fixed the issue without my consent to the repair/ nor did he tell me beforehand the charge. $150 to change two fuses? Really? I called the company with my dissatisfaction, the response I received was extremely cold, the woman whom answered failed to apologize or see where I was coming from. I was only told they charge a flat rate and she just rudely said “well do you want us to take them out”. As a customer, I am entitled to agree to any services, charges before any work is completed.
I am a single mom living alone, I feel like I was completely taken advantage of by this company. It is very unfortunate, I loved this company, however, due to my treatment today, I will no longer use their services.
I purchased my AC unit through Ultra Cool some years ago, and never regretted it. Both the owner Neal and his great staff are amazing people who take excellent care of the clients and their AC needs. Efrain the worker who came to take care of my AC issue today is a humble, honest and hard worker. He was very professional, and thorough. By the time he finished the job and left, I felt glad that I had made the right decision not only to have purchased my AC unit through UC but maintained the servicing for same through them. In this day and age it’s hard to find this kind of EXCELLENT service.
Excellent service and value. This is a professional organization that communicates the entire process clearly and effectively. This company truly understands the value of great customer service and it is provided in great detail. I do not know why anyone would do business with anyone else. The entire staff is polite, professional and helpful.

The job became more involved than initially expected. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. The additional expenses were very fair and reasonable.
They were courteous and professional from the office staff to the technician. They completed the installation of the new AC system and lines in 1 day. The technicians also did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done.
Love this company! Have been using them for over 20 years. First Class folks and owner “Neal”, is a wonderful business man, who had earned our friendship. Thank you ULTRACOOL! 😀
Efrain the technician was very professional, informative and pleasant during his visit to our home. Ultracool is a great company to use for our air conditioning maintenance because they have a great staff and pricing.
Our A/C motor went on the fritz last night. Ultracool was able to come out this morning, find the problem, luckily had the motor on the truck and was able to replace and get a/c up and running within 24 hours. Could not be happier. Service tech very professional and competent.
