What a pleasure to work with this amazing team -
Owner Neal, along with Lori & Stephanie all came together to get us a brand new RUUD Air Conditioner Today. Our Davie home is 88 degrees right now and unbearable. They ran around all day getting all the equipment needed to pull this huge installation together. Next the team of 3 highly qualified technicians arrived here at 4:00 to begin this huge undertaking. It’s now 6:30 pm and they are still working their hardest to get us Air Conditioning TONIGHT - even through this huge storm that just came through!!
We never expected them to be able to pull it all together so quickly. Call them when you need any AC Service / you won’t be disappointed 👍

The compressor to our home air conditioning system would not turn off. Ultracool was recommended to me today by a friend who is a builder, and I called them. They came out the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it. A contact had become welded together in the on position. It was covered by warranty. Efrain, the Ultracool representative who came out, has been in the business for many years, and was knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I would definitely recommend Ultracool.

From the office to the service personnel Ultra Cool employees are both professional and so nice. Very reasonable prices, too. We highly recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience with this company in south FL. They provided a brand new AC unit and were so professional about it. The staff that work there, Stephanie & Lori were both great. They helped coordinate everything and made the transition of getting a new AC unit smooth and "cool"--pun intended :D
The manager was also very nice. My dad loved him. I highly recommend this company if planning to get new AC in South Florida area.
