Ultracool replaced my a/c unit 6 years ago. I had no idea which company to call so I asked a friend who publishes a monthly HVAC newsletter. He checked with his contacts and he recommended Ultracool. I am so glad I went with this company. From start to finish everything was perfect, including a new drop and return to the master bedroom spanning the entire length of the house. Last month the owner came out to address the clogged drain line and mentioned the a/c disconnect box in the attic was making noises and needed immediate attention. I called an electrician and he found the wires in the box were burnt and hot. I had the box replaced. Thank God the owner mentioned this issue as this could have easily started a fire. I would not hesitate recommending Ultracool for all of your air conditioning needs.

Lori the office supervisor took care of our problem after we had a power search or failure that stopped our AC & our TV. The TV came back on but the air condition did not. Thank God for the nice weather!! Lori was excellent with her communication with my husband & me. The mechanic Efran, was also very knowledgeable, explained the problem & gave us a new fan motor that stopped working after only 2 years since we bought the new unit in 2019. Thank you Lori & Efran.
