We have relied on Neil for over 20 years for everything his business has to offer... We cannot say enough good things about him .. Not only is Neil professional and extremely knowledgeable with what he does, he is a wonderful person .. He is always very pleasant, and I always look forward to seeing him , even though it may mean our AC is not working at the time…Anyone that we have referred Neil to, continues to use him on a regular basis .I only have positive things to say about “UltraCool”

Ultracoool came highly recommended to me by a neighbor. And I must say they were awesome!!! Neil Singh was excellent. He took time to explain everything and answer my questions.

My experience with this company, is I set up a appointment with them, then on the appointment day they call and changed it, this happened twice. There's a particular person in the office don't know how to talk to people. That person need some good training. Very unprofessional.

These guys are amazing. Polite, responsive, and thorough. Needed them for a fairly urgent issue and they were here the next day. All fixed and working perfectly. Thanks UltraCool!

I can’t say enough great things about Neal and his company Ultracool. He has always been extremely honest and forthright about my AC, so much... that he told me the last two years to wait until the unit fails before I replace it. Playing it safe, I purchased a new system (compressor and air handler). Everyone from the front office staff to the installers were amazing and very accommodating. Ronald and his partner were at our home yesterday from 830 am until 9 pm. They, plus Luis and Neal, made sure a previously scheduled two day job, was done in one day. We’re very pleased with our new AC system and to know that Neal has our back for the next 10 year warranty. Look no further than Ultracool.
