I recently had a nightmare with my residential A/C which stopped working in the peak of South Florida summer. I first called another A/C company that I have been working with for years, but they were not able to repair the system. after multiple attempts they stopped taking my calls and let my family and I hanging with 95+ degree temps in my house after saying they would come out to finish the job. Finally I called Ultra Cool. Lori took my call and immediately put me at ease. Neil came out and inspected my unit immediately (we had gone with no A/C for nearly a week and a half at this point). The diagnosis was not good; I needed a whole new unit, and to make matters worse, I would have to completely rebuild the system in the garage as the old one was in the attic (never install an a/c in the attic in Florida!). To make a long story short, Neil and his team expedited my install, gave me the best price possible, and had my family and I back to normal in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that needs A/C repair or install. Nothing but professional, responsive, and pleasant interactions with this company!

Was having an AC time delay installed at the compressor, and Ultracool was very attentative to my schedule and Efrain was a professional in his attention to the task at hand, and answered all of my questions about the timer.

The technician took advantage and filled the ac Unit with Freon even though he new that the system has a leak. He should have recommended a different course of action. It is very hard to trust them.
