Just completed a service visit from Powell HVAC and received excellent professional, personable service from Seth [Technician]. Seth responded to all questions and performed a thorough system check...well done. The office staff is always professional as well. I have been their customer for over 10 years and highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs in the St. Augustine area.

We switched to Powell Heating and Air based on a friend’s recommendation. We have a maintenance agreement with them and Jeremy has been the technician assigned to our account and we like the continuity of having a service tech that is familiar with our system. We had to make a service call when our heating temp became erratic. “Donald” was sent promptly and provided a quick resolution to our issue noting that our thermostat needed replacing which did resolve the issue. Recently after a series of windy, stormy weather followed by very low temperatures our unit was no longer producing heat. It was 45 degrees outside, Sunday afternoon, and we made the service call. The person on duty took down our info and assured us we would hear from a technician. We did within minutes. “Wes” said he would be here within an hour. He was. He too, like Jeremy and Donald, was in mask , considerate of our safety, and quickly set about detecting the problem. Within 30 minutes after checking the entire system inside our home and outside he found the issue outside. Aging wires on a compressor not initially installed by Powell had become worn from winds causing contact with metal and had shorted out the system. Repair was quickly made and the system was actively working again. We have been so pleased with the office staff and with each of the technicians sent to our home. Each are clean, professional, well mannered and explain their actions in terms easily understood. Highly recommend the company, call them and you will see why.

Noreen Jones had Powell come out and repair ac unit. Jason was on time, professional and courteous. Was without ac due to waiting for parts, Powell kept my mom up to date and came out as soon as they were able to gets parts in. Powell is always responsive, transparent in abilities and kind on the phone. We are very happy with their service.

First time homebuyer here, so first time I’ve used this company, and I was very impressed! The repairmen were friendly, quick, efficient, professional, and helpful. Seth was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and we went from hot air to cool air from the AC within the hour! I am very thankful that I was referred to them, and I continue to use them anytime my a/c or thermostat aren’t working!!

Thank you Powell for the fast response to my call, my tech Mr Jeremy kept me informed when he would be arriving, fast friendly and very informative, solved the problem quickly and efficiently. So glad I am on their servicing plan. After a long day at work and a weekend I'm now able to enjoy my day off without any stress.

My second service of the season was fantastic thanks to Powells awesome team of receptionists and Mr Josh my service man who took great care of all my questions and concerns.
Again I highly recommend Powells to anyone, these guys do the job right, professionally on time and very good prices.

I am so impressed with Powell Heating & Air Conditioning. Their qualities include: 1.) promptness, they called day before said they would arrive at 8:00am the next day and they did! 2.) efficiency, David install technician, had two other guys with him and the team work was awesome, everyone worked together and got the job done in a few hours and 3.) no mess, everything was clean & tidy when they left.
David also gave a verbal tutorial on the system and use of the thermostat before leaving but most importantly they respected the CDC Covid guidelines and wore masks and maintained distance while working in my home. Thank you Powell for employing such professional employees.

Just had to give a 5-star review to Powell Heating & Air for sending Jay out to do the seasonal maintenance today. What a thorough job he did! We are very impressed! Powell is always good .... this was exceptional!

David came out on a Sunday as our air broke down last night. He arrived in a fashionable time and fixed my air within 30 minutes. He also was very educational. Very courteous and the bill was affordable. Highly recommended, thanks again David! TOP QUALITY SERVICE

We have been customers of Powell for 26 years and they have always been responsive, professional and courteous. Our AC went out last night, Saturday, and I called Powell Sunday morning. Customer Service answered immediately and advised that a tech would call back in a few minutes. The tech called me within 10 minutes and was on site in about 20. David, the tech, had guessed what the problem was during our initial conversation and he was correct. I cannot say enough about David's pleasant demeanor, customer service , knowledge and explaining everything to us. Every Powell technician who has been on site to perform service or maintenance have displayed the same qualities as David. Would give Powell 10 stars if I could. Great job!!!

Since we have their maintenance plan, if we should ever have an issue we are at the top of the list. It came in handy a couple of years ago in the middle of July.
