David Stewart and the Powell team were sent to our apartment complex to remove and install 3 new AC units in and outside out of our units. Landlord said 8am-3pm. They showed up right on time and finished before lunch! Every one was professional and worked like clockwork. These guys know what they are doing and do it as a team. Service was top notch all the way from sales LLC quote to the guys doing the installation. I did my research and by far this company comes out on top. If anyone needs HAVAC service or new installation these are the guys to go with. Very professional clean courteous and professional. Way to go people. The lead guy was especially good with helping us get the app up and running never seemed rushed or frustrated. I wish their were more businesses ran like this one. 😁

I switched from McGowan Heating and Cooling to Powell Heating and Cooling about 9 months ago. Powell has been to my house three times since, and each time was a very positive experience. Today, a technician named Wes helped to fix a problem related to a smell associated with my heating system. In addition, he found a problem with another unit was quite subtle. He investigated each problem thoroughly and explained each issue clearly. Wes was cordial and professional. I owned a business and had contact with many contractors. With that in mind, the greatest compliment that I could give to Wes was to tell him that as an employer, I would hire him. He was great!

Seth was very punctual, polite and did an excellent job. We have used Powell for many years. Would certainly recommend.
