We have gotten excellent service on our AC/heat pump. The technician, Seth, who just recently repaired our unit was a pleasure to deal with and did an ecellent job in explaining our options. Highly recommended.

Bricen did an excellent job doing a semiannual maintenance. He was proactive and resolved a problem that had started but had not come to our attention yet. Also, we like the office staff who are courteous and efficient.

On SUNDAY morning in the time of Covid , we awoke to water soaking the carpet in the bedroom closet, then finding the carpet soaked in the A/C closet. I called the people I currently had a maintenance agreement with and left a message. (outside of the closets the floors are wood, so I was more than concerned). No response in the hour. I looked in the phone book, found Powell...then read reviews. Called them. They had a professional answering service , relayed the message and within an hour Troy arrived. ( He called first, asked to explain the problem and told us his name and when he would arrive .) He was very professional and pleasant and explained everything he was doing. We were so pleased with his promptness and the cost was reasonable. We then signed on to a maintenance agreement with Powell. Their accessibility is worth a lot on its own!! The problem was solved and we were able to contain the water issue.
My previous company responded to my message much later in the afternoon that day.

Excellent job by Justin, Bricen and Tony! They completed a removal of an old unit and installed a new one with great professionalism and care. Justin even came in and adjusted and dusted all my vents to make sure everything was cooling and heating properly!
