Extreme Air & Refrigeration team is always amazing to work with! Kirsten in the office is always responsive and organize and onsite Ryan and Rusty were great to work with. Highly recommended for any support for home or business AC and many other items like ice machines and refrigerators!

Extreme is the word I would use to describe the lengths my technician Ryan went to fix my AC system. Lightning caused a surge that burned out two different parts. Ryan went above and beyond by going back to the shop to get the second part, even though it was almost dark. He got me back up and running and I slept comfortably once again. I cannot stress enough how impressed and pleased I am with the service provided.

They were amazing! My AC went out and they came right away, diagnosed the problem and got AC back up and running BETTER THAN BEFORE!! Thank you to Kirsten, Bill, & Ryan!!

Over-the-Top Service & Response...When I first called Extreme Air & Refrigeration, I was immediately able to talk with a Technician about my problem. Ryan knew what the problem was and was able to be at my home here in St. Augustine 20 minutes later. Went right to work, fixed the problem, and then started doing maintenance on the inside and outside units. All in less than an hour. I was very impressed...Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, I highly recommend using Extreme Air & Refrigeration.

Extreme is beyond number one. They know what they are doing, are honest and truly care. I was tested for allegories and it showed mold from moisture. Because of this, I had a mold expert come, did some work, and claimed he straightened it out. Only months later it was back (mold around the vent coverings.) After multiple heat and air companies in my attic, only Extreme air showed me a picture of what was inside my duct work, OMG, Mold galore. Bill of Extreme Air explained what was causing the issues and gave us the options and remedies to fix the multiple problems. We are breathing clean fresh air today thanks to this company. I highly recommend Bill’s entire crew, as they were the most professional group of young men I have encounter in along time. Thank Bill, forever grateful.

Ryan showed up on time and did a fantastic job! He was quick, neat, knowledgeable and courteous! The price was even less expensive than he estimated at the beginning. They have all of my A/C business from now on!

Great company if you need any AC work I would highly recommend extreme air Bill and his people are amazing fast efficient and they don't try to sell you something you don't need I was quoted to get my system up and running almost $9,000 from another company .extreme air came out assessed the situation and had the system up and running in no time and it cost me $300 they're honest and helpful. I highly recommend Extreme Air. Our AC went out and we were roasting. Ryan came out to us first thing in the morning. 2 hours later our AC is working again! Ryan was fantastic and very professional. He explained everything to me. Will definitely call them with any future needs!

Outstanding! We had anticipated our failing and old home a/c system was on its way out any day and, sure enough, it failed on a very hot stretch of weather. We were referred to Bill and after making a few other calls decided to go with Extreme Air. Talked to Bill on Monday afternoon and gave the go ahead. Tuesday by 1:30 pm he called to let me know the new system was installed and ready to go. When I got home that afternoon I found our new complete a/c installed and blowing ice cold. As an unexpected bonus, the install crew went way out of their way to clean up. Furniture was moved back where it was and wiped down and things were straightened up they didn't even move. There was absolutely zero sign that a major project had taken place in my house. I can't say enough how much we appreciate Bill and his team. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in Saint Augustine.
