This company ROCKS!!! The service business has forgotten the real meaning or SERVICE. Superior Service took my call at 1pm on a Friday afternoon while their competitors gave lip service to replace my hot water heater because it was a Friday. Some offered to stop by later in the day to provide a quote and promised to replace the unit in 5 business days. Unacceptable!!!!! Superior showed up in 90 minutes with a new water heater and by 5:30 they were finished. Couldn’t be happier😬 We decided to have them install a new HVAC unit next week based solely on the outstanding customer experience we had today. Call Briton- the owner and he will make sure the job is done right! Kudos to Mark and Briton for a job well done🙌🙌🙌
I had Mark from superior service out to my home last week because my unit was making a loud noise. The office girl was really nice and got him to my home a few hours later. I was hoping my unit could me repaired because it is really old and they were able to get me cold air again. I feel the price was fair and their Service was exceptional. I really appreciate them a lot and will use them in the future.
Buyer beware. Until recently I had been a loyal customer of Superior for over 15 years for my primary residence and as well as a rental property. They installed all new inside and outside HVAC system 3 years ago in my primary and I was recently told by both Superior and a second opinion HVAC provider that the condition of the outside unit was so bad it was not worth repairing. I had a maintenance contract with Superior to do biannual maintenance on the system and they had never made me aware of any problems. The manufacturer (Rheem) denied any responsibility under their warranty and all I got from Superior was, to quote, "we weren't the ones who built it, what do you expect from us". Superior said all they could do was put me in contact with a Rheem representative to plead my own case, which I agreed to try. Never heard another word back from either Rheem or Superior. Was left with no other option than to replace both inside and outside units on my own dime, and as a last kick I still have two years of payments on the Superior installation I just had to throw away (ouch). I am not beachfront or beachside, and contractors I talked to all said even on beachfront property a system should last considerably longer than 3 years. I expected Superior to sell me a product that would remain serviceable for a reasonable amount of time and stand behind the product they sold me if there were problems.
I got neither. Big disappointment after 15 year relationship.
I was pleasantly impressed with this company. Their customer service is exemplary and on pointe. From the contacts that keep you apprised of the expected arrival time, to the automated texts that give you a visual of your technician prior to their arrival. Briton was very informative and enlightened me quite a bit, so you can easily discern that they know their stuff. He broke everything down step by step and answered any remaining questions I had. While evaluating my 20-yr (and then some) a/c system, he noticed a plumbing leak and was able to take care of it ASAP. You can tell that he and his team take pride in their work which speaks volumes in keeping with their solid reputation. I appreciate everything Briton did to save me from a major meltdown....literally.👍🏻👍🏻
Update: While vacationing in Florida, my brother began his vacation with an air conditioning system blowing warm air. He contacted Superior and they came out immediately. Jeremy was able to diagnose the issue as an air leak from a bad coil. The part was ordered and once in, they prioritized the installation. Unfortunately, there was an undetected leak in another spot, but it was quickly remedied. Superior stands by their work, has excellent customer service, is responsive, and their techs Jeremy and Wade were prompt and professional. Exemplary service.
Technician Marcus Peterson was at my house servicing my units and he was extremely polite and professional. I was very comfortable having him in my home and he followed the COVID protocol and wore his mask the entire time and maintained his social distance. He was very knowledgeable and communicated well. I would highly recommend Superior Service anytime!
Superior Service is incredibly professional and does great quality work. They are trustworthy and do right by their customers. I have used them for annual maintenance on my AC unit along with a new install on a Mitsubishi mini split. They were fast, courteous and knowledgeable. In the past I have had negative experiences with other AC companies in the area, and I highly recommend Superior Service. They are the best around.
Briton and Mark did an amazing job within a couple hours of requesting service! I messaged them with a thermostat issue that was drastically affecting our establishment and they replied and were in my place of business within the hour! They were able to Diagnose the issue within minutes and fixed it that night. I highly recommended them and their professional demeanor in handling their clients.
I found Superior when my A/C went out in July and was totally impressed by their professionalism and prompt service. I received an email with the details of the tech that was coming to my home, and it even had a bio and his picture. This was amazing. I was so impressed with their service and honesty. The technician explained that due to the age of my outside unit the costs of repairs would be quite high and the refrigerant (R22) is being phased out due to tighter environmental regulations. I spoke to him about my options and bought a (silver level) service plan and it has already paid for itself. My AC has now come to the end of its life about three and a half months after the initial service call. I saved over $500 on a new unit and also got a discount all because of the service plan. If your A/C is over 10 years old you should seriously consider their maintenance/service plan. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company with integrity and professionalism at the core. Well done and keep up the great work!
I have used Superior since early in 2018. Today I had a great visit with Brandon, a knowledgeable AC technician. He was able to answer technical questions beyond most techs, and performed his work meticulously. I had a UV lighting system installed...this was more costly than the equipment cost would warrant, but considering they will stand behind theIt system, carry the bulbs necessary for replacement, and are willing move it to a new air-handler in the future, the service makes the cost more reasonable. The model they use is ideal as it ties into the 24V system within the air handler—no external wiring and no significant power draw. In Florida we struggle with mold. It is best to eliminate it in the air handler.
They communicate well with calls prior to the appointment, and twice after the work. I am very meticulous in how maintenance is done here; as a mechanical engineer I’m familiar with the systems and understand the best methods. I also had them previously install a capacitive ‘soft start’ that decreases the starting torque spike on the electric system. Again in this case they had the ideal style of capacitor, and mounted it quickly and efficiently...professionally.
I have asked them to consider de-superheater systems to transfer waste heat to hot water heaters...in Florida, free hot water is possible with just a simple heat exchanger...I’m hoping these skilled advocates for best-AC systems will eventually provide this system.
Please feel confident giving them a try...you won’t regret it.

He wore a mask without issue, and cleaned up after himself (some insulation followed him out of the crawl space and he made sure to take care of it before he left).
