Glacier Heating and Air Conditioning

I can’t say enough about this company! They have been servicing us since we moved into our house three years ago. They have come in times of need and in emergencies and been wonderful!

Last night, I arrived home from traveling at 12 am and our air wasn’t working. I had an infant with me and the house was too hot to sleep in. I called at 12:15am and David was here at 12:30am. I am still amazed that he fixed it for us and we were able to sleep in the house! Thank you Glacier!

On the recent holiday weekend (Sunday), my a/c cut out at 0430. A number of outfits advertised 24 hour service but this one was the only reputable one that answered my call (not a voicemail) and came over to my condo and repaired my unit.
Not only did Donald get the unit running but I watched as he cleaned the fins on the air handler inside and opened the outside portion to inspect it.
For the first time, I asked that their business sticker(with pertinent info) be placed on the air handler so that whoever is in this condo will know who to call.

LOVE this company! 4 years ago I had my interior unit’s coil replaced by them. :)

Recently, this past Thursday, I came home from work at 5:30pm to the inside of my house being 95*F.

I called their number and one of the owners answered and let me know that Colin could come out in a couple of hours.

Collin did just that and called beforehand to let me know that he was on his way. He was able to find the culprit of my A/C not working and efficiently fixed it. He even took his shoes off every time he walked through my house to look at the exterior unit! In 2.5 hours from my phone call, he had my A/C working and cooling again. The cost was very fair. I am SOOOO grateful for this company and their outstanding professionalism, integrity, compassion, and work ethic. Thank you Glacier Heating and A/C!

Collin came and inspected our AC unit and did service on it. He was extremely professional and he was very knowledgeable. He did find a part that needed replaced and was able to fix it same day. We were very impressed by him and will definitely use them in the future for any repairs or maintenance to our system! We felt the charges were very fair and competitive and the punctuality of this company is awesome.

Yesterday I came home to a HOT house. After calling another company with no luck of getting it fixed the same day, I gave Glacier a call. The receptionist informed me that they were extremely busy but would send someone out as soon as possible. After a few hours I called just to make sure someone was still coming out same day. Collin called me back promptly letting me know that he was headed to our home. Collin was both professional and personable! Everything was fixed within 20 minutes and we didn't have to sleep in a 89 degree house. Thank you Glacier!

I HAVE DEALT WITH GLACIER FOR MANY YEARS, AND THERE IS NO BETTER HEATING/COOLING BUSINESS IN NORTHEAST FLORIDA!!!!! TECHNICIAN COLLIN IS THE BEST---SO VERY MANNERLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT!!! COLLIN IS THE REASON GLACIER IS ON TOP...HE IS QUITE AN ASSET TO THE GLACIER FAMILY!!!!!!!

I was having trouble with the condensation water not draining from my AC unit.It kept turning off the thermostat, and thus the Air conditioner. I called our regular AC guy and they fixed it, but the problem came back the next day. A second guy came out, did the same thing, with the same result, temporary fix...They said my only option was to run another drain pipe, because this one must be clogged underground. I thought their quote for that was a bit high, so I called Glacier to give me a second opinion. Mike came right out, and took a look at my problem. He noticed that there was a sag in the pvc pipe, creating a water lock where the water would stop draining. He added a zip tie to raise the pipe and the water started draining out! I feel confident that this was the problem and Mike just saved us $400! Yea Glacier!
