I have used Glacier for over a year and find there service competent but there administrative quite the opposite. Attempted to set up a billing through credit card three times with there office and had to start a new every time. Last straw was the lack of integrity on annual contract, quoted one price showed up and did the work for +$100 more than quoted.

The best company!! They are so easy to work with, super nice, and quoted the job less than other companies in town. Another company told me that they couldn't get the part we needed for another week. Ed came to our home, gave us a quote, and had the part and job done in 2 days. Ed was honest, knowledgeable, and also great with explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their customer service is fantastic. We will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to all of our friends.

I came back from a business trip and my AC was out in the middle of August. They came right out to the house and determined the problem. They gave me a price and I thought it would be great to have them do the replacement. Since I had a warranty on the house, I then call the warranty company to get things going. After a week of prodding phone calls and no action, I called Glacier back and they came out the same day and replaced the system! Both inside and out! They are very professional and easy to talk to. Customer Service is the focus of their business and it made the difference for me. I highly recommend them for AC work.

If I could give this wonderful company a "20" I would. I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years and never have I experienced the professionalism and dedication that this company gives it's customers. I have a mini split system AC and have had other companies come to my home BUT NEVER fixed the underlying problem. Mike had the patience, drive and knowledge to fix the issue. He also stood waiting on the phone for over 40 minutes to speak with the manufacturer just to check double check HIS correct findings.
I Highly recommend Glacier.

My pool's heater pump was not working. I called Glacier out to repair it. Within 5 minutes of arriving for the service, Ed called me out to the pump and told me that the water line going into the pump had been accidentally turned off and that was the problem. I am blaming my wife!! :) The pump was not getting water and would automatically turn off. We flipped the shut off valve back on and the problem was solved. He could have told me that anything was wrong and charged me for a full price service call and I would never have realized it. I am very impressed with the honesty. I called Glacier because they had done work earlier on my AC and did a great job at that time also. I would definitely recommend these folks and will use them again.

Ed and Colin have performed various repairs and routine maintenance at my residence as well as my business. They always come through with the most professional and prompt service. They are a lot cheaper than the competition, but don't tell them that. Lol! I have encouraged many of my friends and family to use Glacier and they've had the same results. Don't trust the rest, use the best!

It was 10pm when we noticed our air was at 75, despite us having the thermostat set on 71. We didn't think we would find anyone that would service us this late at night, but sure enough, Derek from Glacier answered and was out here within 15 minutes. Another 10 minutes later and he had diagnosed the problem and cool air was flowing through our apartment again. Derek was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will continue to use Glacier to service our equipment. Prices are reasonable and the service is awesome. Thanks for coming out so late, Derek. We really appreciate it

Mike came out after hours and was able to very quickly diagnose what was wrong with our AC and get us back up and running. He also provided various options for a long term fix that were cost sensitive. I got a sense that he was truly interested in helping us given our circumstances rather than just simply trying to profit from our situation. On top of it all, he was very friendly and professional and made the whole interaction pleasant. I look forward to Glacier being my heating and air service provider for years to come.

Absolutely excellent service. We had called another A/C company on Thursday because our upstairs unit had stopped working on Wednesday night. We were told by the first company that they couldn't get to our house until 2:00 pm on Friday. At 2:00 pm my wife called them to see when they would be arriving and she was told that it might not be until Saturday as they were running behind. So my wife called Glacier. The person who answered the phone said that they would be here by that evening. Well the service tech arrived before 5 pm and had the system repaired by 6 pm. He was extremely pleasant and efficient. It should go without saying that we will be using Glacier for all of our A/C and heating issues in the future.

Super happy with the service provided by Glacier Heating and AC! Mike and Ed came out to my house and observed (without me mentioning it) that I don’t wear shoes in the house and they took their shoes off inside the house (whoa!), to give a second opinion as to why my temperature was running higher by 1-2 degrees. They called the next day with a fair estimate for replacing my evaporator coil after double checking the warranty on it by Trane. Ed just left my house after installing it seamlessly and my house is cool again!
Their level of service is so rare these days. They are masters of their craft, call when they say they will, show up when they say they will, personable, and respect your space by taking their shoes off. I have to add that as a teacher, I enjoyed their use of metaphors to help explain the issue to me where I could understand it. Their office staff is also very polite and upbeat.
I was previously with another company for the last 8 years but got frustrated at how that company always sent inexperienced technicians to fix an issue (When I asked the other company if they could send me an experienced technician, they said that the newbie can call a more experienced technician if they get stuck - I was like, “What?” Then, I called Glacier).
These Glacier guys know what they are doing! I am SO GLAD I chose them!
