Glacier Heating and Air Conditioning

Great Service friendly and FAST! Ed came out on a hot Sunday afternoon to work on our AC unit. He did have to get parts but returned the next day with parts and even refunded us the cost of parts after we ended up buying a new unit. I would highly recommend Glacier!

Glacier Heating came to our rescue when it was hot and our A/C went down. Their excellent crew worked until late in the evening to install a new unit. They were very professional, clean and well trained. Would highly recommend Glacier to anyone needing A/C. Their price was very fair.

One of our Air handler systems began to leak severely, We called our usual AC company that worked with our home warranty company but after having them come out multiple times they were unable to resolve the issue and wanted a ridiculous amount of money to fix a piece of venting the was now damaged from the water. We called Glacier instead to see what they could do, when Mike arrived he was able to identify our issue in under a minute. He also identified multiple gaps and problems with both our systems (they were poorly installed by a bank) and was able to give us a quote to replace all of the venting and piping and fix our double air trap problem that was far more reasonable then the other guys quote to just fix part of the venting. Their install team came out a week later to install it all and had it complete within a day. We will be canceling our home warranty and only using Glacier for our needs from here on out.

Glacier rep “Mike” responded to our call late Saturday night on Holiday weekend. Got our AC back working promptly and professionally. Great personality and answered all questions. Provided advice for future unit care. HIGHLY recommend.

We talked to Ed at Glacier in May about updating our A/C system in October when we return from up north. We had a problem with it last night and Glacier came out this morning and fixed it. New system will be installed in two weeks. They have also installed a unit in one of our rentals. Great company that you can trust.

I cannot turn off my computer tonight without writing a review on GLACIER HEATING & AIR!!! Today is Labor Day, and a major hurricane on the way, and my air conditioning went out after a power surge! To complicate it more, the owners of my home are stationed in Italy, with a 6 hour time difference. Ed actually called them in Italy, (where it was 1:00 a.m.), and was out at my house at 7:00 P.M. and did a great job fixing my AC! What great customer service, and what a miracle to have a company so dedicated as to come out on a holiday! So wonderful to be cool again! Thank you, Ed and Mike!! Love you guys!

Our AC compressor stopped working on a Friday at 5pm and they came out that evening to check it out. They were able to install a new air unit on Monday after checking to see if ours was under warranty (no dice). All employees I spoke to were awesome and nice. I will continue to work with Glacier Heating and Air. Thank you for your help!

Outstanding 24/7 service. I called at 8:10 on a Saturday evening when my AC stopped working. By 9:30 it was fixed and up and running. Devan was professional and very courteous. Prices were very reasonable for an emergency call!

It's Black Friday and my air has been out for almost 3 days now. Glacier was the only company that answered the phone, and the two men that came out were amazing!!! Thank you to Derek and Mike for making my first AC outage as non stressful as possible. They exaplained everything in a way that was easy to understand and were extremely nice. Definitely going to keep them as my AC company for any future problems or services.

I have never worked with a company that is as friendly and customer service oriented as Glacier Heat and Air! They truly care. They communicate clearly, keep their word, show up in great time, and even helped me find an online source for an awkward size air filter. I purchased their maintenance contract, they have not disappointed me once. The cost has been unbelievable with the work done quickly. I have had more than one service done, each person that has come to the house has not only been kind to me but they have all been kind to my dog! I cannot highly recommend them enough.
