Glacier Heating and Air Conditioning

Glacier Heating and Air in Saint Augustine has been servicing my home for 3 years now. Their customer service on the phone and in person is exemplary to say the least. Today I was serviced by Mike and he diagnosed and fixed my AC within an hour! I highly recommend Glacier to anyone who is looking for great quality service at an affordable price. They have definitely made me a life time customer! Thanks Glacier for all you do!

We are so blessed to find a reliable, honest and responsive air conditioner repair facility. My parent's a/c froze up on Monday and they were told they needed an entire new unit. We called on a Tuesday evening and Mike was at my parent's home on Wednesday afternoon, very quick response! Mike provided high quality service and determined a new unit is not necessary at this time, saving my parents $6k. We will only use Glacier based on high integrity and reliable service!

Our AC unit suddenly stopped working after 8pm on a Thursday evening. I called Glacier and was fortunate enough to reach Mike.
Within two minutes on the phone, he diagnosed that the water wasn’t draining from our unit which caused the thermostat and AC to switch off.
He provided step by step instructions for a simple fix with a shop vac and also directed us where to find the correct filter online. The AC was up and running 20 min later.
Mike called back to check the status an hour later.
Wow...seriously amazing customer service!!
A huge thank you to Mike who ultimately saved us from after hour repair fees and a hotel stay.

We have used Glacier since 2015 and they do excellent work, are very prompt and reasonably priced. If you do not love your AC company give this company a try. Recently our AC had an issue at 10pm at night. Mike took our call and was very accurate in his estimates time of arrival. He made quick work of our problem and had the house back to cooling properly in no time at all.

I highly highly recommend Glacier. Edward came out the same day I called to look at my AC unit that abruptly stopped working. He was very informative and educational and explained to me everything that he was looking for. He discovered what the problem was and fixed it and my system began working like new. I was blown away by his honesty after telling me that I can just wait to have the unit replaced since everything appeared to be in working order. Just simple great business, honesty, customer service, and professionalism. A+in my book and he earned my business hands down. Iwill DEFINITELY be calling him to replace my system . The estimate was very reasonable but even if it was the same price or even more as the other quotes from the competitors, I would still go with Edward and Glacier simply because of the experience, the honesty, and education and the ease of mind knowing they are great people. I highly recommend them and they just gained a customer for life for the new system and the routine maintenance visits. You are truly awesome and wish there were more contractors out there like you guys.

So very happy to have found Glacier AC! Having lived in Florida for over 20 years and had service from a number of companies, Glacier was recommended by a neighbor. I've used their repair service at 2 properties; and, they have always been extra prompt, courteous and fair. Other companies have tried to sell a new system, but Glacier has kept mine running efficiently.
My AC "gave out" in the middle of the night yesterday. I called them at 3:30 AM, got a call back in about 5 minutes. At 4:05 AM it was back up & running - great service! Thank you Glacier!

I am so impressed. After my AC service/ maintenance company told me I needed to replace the outside condenser unit for a beach side condo, I wanted a second opinion. Glacier was recommended by a local friend. We set up an appointment and their crew arrived on time. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. After doing a visual inspection, they checked pressures and inspected the air handler inside the condo. Their assessment: Yes there was some corrosion on the 7 year old condenser coils/ fins but there should be a season or two left before replacement was necessary. They reviewed the symptoms I should look for (excessive operation and higher electric bills) that would precede a failure. Additionally, when I tried to pay for the 1 1/2 hour service call they told me it would be free of charge since it was a second opinion. So, I know who I will be calling next time for both service and replacement. Its nice to find an honest, reliable A/C service in Saint Augustine. Most Highly Recommended.

On Saturday afternoon my air conditioner was not doing its job. Put a call into to Glacier at 2:30 pm and Derek assured me he would be at my house within an hour. Upon promptly arriving he soon discovered that my a/c unit would have to be replaced (something I was expecting). Derek told me he would see what they could do for me and within 15 minutes of leaving, Glacier called to let me know they would be out first thing in the morning to replace the unit with a new one - a Sunday morning no less. Mike and his crew promptly arrived, were very courteous, thorough, fast and cleaned up all the mess that was made doing the replacement. All at a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone for my air conditioning needs but Glacier and will recommend them to all my family and friends. Glacier is the best!

The team at Glacier heating and air conditioning is nothing short of amazing. They are very detail oriented with their work, extremely efficient and very prompt. Unlike a lot of other HVAC companies, they understand what they are doing and their proficiency speaks for itself. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and are conscientious about getting it done right. We have had them work on several things for us, from installation, to maintenance, and repairs - and they have never disappointed. From the time you make a call, they keep you posted about what time they will be there, when they are on their way, what the problem is, and what your options are before they install/fix the problem. Ed, Derek, Brooks, Devan and Colin - thank you for giving St. Augustine a wonderful resource to rely upon. We appreciate you guys!

These guys are awesome! The three owners always returned my calls within a short period of time, they showed up on time and they did a super job at a very reasonable price. I researched numerous HVAC companies before deciding to go with Glacier Air and I am so happy that I picked them to install my new 4 ton heat pump with new air ducts. I was also impressed by how hard they work - one night they stayed in my attic till 11pm and they had a 7:30am job the next day!

I highly recommend Glacier Air - after the job was complete I feel like we became friends and that is a rare thing in my book!
