Glacier Heating and Air Conditioning

Glacier has been there for us when we need them. They have installed a more efficient unit in my home as well as my relatives. They get all my referrals. Mike and Eldon are awesome at what they do. Donna is also an asset to their company in the office. Great Work Guys!

Very happy with our experience! The tech (Mike) came out on a Sunday and was nice and professional. He got our a/c working for the first time this summer and charged a very reasonable rate. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone.

I called at 9:22pm on Memorial Day, Derek showed up in minutes. He didn’t skip a beat, he basically ran to and from his truck to get the tools and parts he needed, it is 9:59pm and my system is fully functional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Super professional and answered any questions I had. I will definitely recommend glacier in the future!

Terrific company: professional, prompt and courteous. Mike took time to explain to me my options about duct cleaning or samitizing. I had the ducts sanitized a couple of days ago, and my allergies are already better. Some other (bigger) companies couldn't help me until October. But Glacier was here and at the ready. Glacier is an excellent company - extremely responsive and timely; very professional; and don't try to up-sell, up-charge or BS their customers. I highly recommend this company.

I suffered all week with an A/C that did not want to work properly, dreading having to call someone for a repair and service call. Finally on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. I started searching for good reviews of someone who would not take advantage of my situation. Mike answered the phone, he offered to walk me through some steps to try to get my unit working, but I did not know where something was outside, so I scheduled for them to come out. I decided to go check again and dig in the mud to find the piece he was speaking of and luckily I found it, I returned my call to him and asked him how to proceed with the next step, he walked me through what to try... I went and bought a $30 wet vac at Lowe's and some vinegar and tried his suggestion, by 5:59 I was calling him and thanking him for saving my life and my money after being over-stressed by multiple deaths in my family in the past few months. Not only would I recommend Glacier for your needs, I would make them my routine company that cares more about helping a customer then making every $ they can off of them in their time of most need. Thank you Glacier Heating and Air and thank you Mike for saving me... words will never express my gratitude and you have gained a customer for life. <3

I was expecting house guests and my air conditioning went kaput. I was afraid I would have to wait through the weekend for a repair.
