Ed and Mike from the Air conditioner Company GLACIER are the best!

I went to a different Air conditioner repair company and they didn't do anything but charge me way too much money and they didn't even check for leaks. I almost had to go to the hospital because it was so hot 96 degrees inside of my house.

I called a different company named GLACIER, I had no money because of the last company took all of it. They were kind enough to charge me a very low price and let me pay it off.

The two men Ed and Mike came to my house when I was running a high fever, two days after I just had Chemo and located the leak that the other company misdiagnosed and helped me out. They came to my house the same day and charged me a fraction of what the other useless company charged for doing nothing.

From now on I will always go with GLACIER. They are some of the nicest and considerate people in town and they went out of their way to help me deal with my illness as comfortably as I can.

ALWAYS CHOOSE GLACIER They are honest and they truly have a heart. Them coming to my house showed me that they are compassionate as well.

I have never experience such professionalism that I encountered when calling Glacier. The technicians that showed up were very positive and unformative in educating myself inoperation of my AC. It was a simple fix and was honest about everything. I will always stay with a professional company like Glacier.

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and we were able to call at 7:00 on a monday night. These guys got here in about 30 minutes and got straight to work. They were extremely efficient, informative, professional and well priced. I am SO incredibly thankful we found them and that we will be able to sleep tonight with air that works. The price for the service we received was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!

These guys rock! Imagine an A/C company that has the owners on hand and servicing the needs of their customer base. Have worked with Mike, Derrick and Ed for over 6 years both for my home where they have replaced 2 out of the 3 - 3 ton units with cost effective high end brands at realistic pricing and great warranty , maintenance contracts and repair turn around times, usually on the same day. Since the owners are usually diagnosing, the reason for the repair is outlined and the options on repair are offered----FAIRLY WITH NO RIP-OFFS!!!!.
At my 6k sq ft commercial store on Anastasia Blvd, they have installed two new 3 ton units , both locating the correct placement and install and maintained contracts on two other 5 ton units . I had a compressor go out on a unit maintained by another company who would not stand behind the warranty and they found the unit to be under warranty which saved me $1000's. Looking for honest , fair and super pro"s with great products and fair pricing look no further than these expert A/C Professionals...Theses are the BEST in the city if not N.E.Florida. Have lived all over the country and have never had this kind of experience..

I had a baffle that was not turning to a zone on Sunday at 3pm and These guys were here in less than 1/2 hour got right to work to get my air back working.. They provided quality service and were very informative on how these baffles work. We will use Glacier for all our future needs and recommend they Highly....

Professional, resourceful and efficient. It's nice to be able to call a company after-hours and speak to a service technician rather than a call center or message machine. They've always done an excellent job of maintaining my AC systems, and I would highly recommend them.

WOW! Talk about service!! I had used Glacier in the recent past when my refrigerant (R-22) ran out and was impressed with the response and the results, so when my a/c breaker kept tripping tonight I gave them a call to set up an appointment. I called Derek at 8:40 p.m. expecting him to come by in the next day or two; Nope, he was here in less than 20 minutes. Him and Mike(?) trouble-shot the unit and found that the compressor was shot. Instead of new compressor, they installed an entire upgraded a/c unit that kicks a**, and they were on their way home by 11:15 p.m., and I'm going to be sleeping with the blankets on tonight! Plus, it was VERY inexpensive. When he first told me the price, I thought it was for just the compressor, so I was totally surprised when they showed up with a 3.0 ton unit! These guys ROCK! Thanks again, gentlemen.
