Glacier Heating and Air Conditioning

Glacier is a rarity to find in a world of HVAC companies. Honest, hard-working, reliable, and reasonably priced!!! We had a motor burn out in our air handler and I called and they showed up within the hour and diagnosed and ordered the part for the next day. Once the part was installed I noticed our thermostat wasn't reading correctly due to it being old and needing replacing, but Glacier still came back out and made sure the motor was good at no charge. I waited a week to install the new thermostat and when I turned the unit on I noticed something wasn't right. Mike from Glacier came right out within an hour (like always!), and knew exactly what to press on my big box store thermostat to get the settings right and we were up and running!!! These guys are so honest and hard working. You will be ecstatic for using Glacier as your company for A/C. Every tech is excellent and we have and always will use Glacier for life!

Amazing customer service. I’m new to Florida and functioning AC is a MUST for me. These guys are extremely responsive and have made it out to my house same day and sometimes within the hour multiple times to fix or do maintenance work when my AC has gone down. Life savers! Our HVAC system died on Sunday early afternoon and Derek was at the house less than an hour later. He followed up in the morning with a quote and rearranged the schedule to install the system on Tuesday afternoon. All three technicians were very nice and professional and quickly installed a new system. I am deeply grateful. This company earned a lifetime loyal customer for sure. Quote was very competitive and I got one year free maintenance, for an extra $140 savings. I strongly recommend Glacier Heating and Air.

AC went out on Friday evening during holiday weekend - what timing; of course! Called Glacier and Mike returned my call within 1/2 hour. He asked a couple questions and instructed me how to handle AC until he got there, immediately after his current call. I knew just by speaking with Mike he would take care of my issue and he did! He was very knowledgeable, professional and wasted no time. I did not hesitate to purchase a maintenance agreement with Glacier and truly appreciate Mike's excellent service.

This is what quality service looks like. My AC goes out at 9 at night and I give them a call. Within 5 minutes someone calls me back to not at first sell me something, but to walk me through how to fix the problem. When the issue couldn’t be resolved over the phone, but needed a technician coming to my house they were up front about a $99 after hours charge (totally understandable). Devan, the service tech, was amazing. He not only fixed the problem but told me what to look out for and how to fix minor issues. I have his card will be calling him first if I experience any issues in the future.

We recently had a new a/c system installed. The three technicians who did the job were very professional and knowledgeable. The day of the installation the temperature was in the nineties but that did not slow them down. This company provides outstanding customer service. Paul Herendeen

The team at Glacier are all top notch! My heat went out Sunday morning and Mike came out that afternoon to diagnose my issue. He explained my options, what was going on in simple to understand terms and immediately ordered the part. They even coordinated with my training work schedule with my new job so that I did not have to miss work when they come for the repair. They will be coming back tomorrow or Wednesday afternoon when the part comes in. I couldn’t ask for anything more than what they’ve done. I have had a maintenance agreement with them for 2 years and it has been worth having it! I have trust in them and their prices in comparison are reasonable. Thanks for all you do Glacier!!:)

Absolutely excellent experience as usual. We used Glacier when we had an issue at our last home and now, after moving into our new home, on the WEEKEND, with company coming over, we had an issue where the air stopped working. I called and spoke with Mike and he was out here within an hour. I was amazed. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and took care of our problem very quickly. I love that they are 24/7, especially since these things never seem to happen at a convenient time.

I will continue to use Glacier and recommend them to all of my family and friends. Absolutely fantastic service, reasonable prices, and you always get someone who truly cares about what they are doing.

I never write reviews, but in this case Glacier more than deserves it. I have 3 homes all serviced by Glacier now and forever. They are very honest in their assessment and are not looking to charge you for things you don’t need, unlike others companies I have dealt with in the past. For example, I have 2 gas furnaces which are connected to my outside units. Mike came in and made an honest assessment and said no need to replace the inside units just the outside which saved us thousands Upon thousands of dollars. Not to mention, I asked them to install a starter package recently on the same units and they told me that they all had them. If you want honest quality service Glacier is the one and only company I will ever do business with. Thanks Glacier!

It was time to replace our air conditioner, we had received several estimates in the past and it was well above our budget. After reading multiple great reviews about Glacier I gave them a call. Mike came out and gave us an estimate and within 24 hours we had an entire new system at half the cost of all the other estimates. Mike and his crew were extremely thorough, courteous, polite, and helpful. I am extremely pleased with Mike and with Glacier. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and plan on using them when it's time to replace the system in the cottage.
